• Strong understanding of accounting principles;
• Proficient in accounting software and excel
• Able to converse well in Mandarin

• Responsible for achieving sales targets by executing sales plans to increase sales through developing new markets/customers & retaining existing customers.
• Develop & maintain good rapport with customers to achieve total customers' satisfaction.
• Manage & administer sales enquiries promptly & professionally.

1) Handle full set account

2) GST Submission

3) Ensure invoices are properly supported and approved before posting

4) Ensure expenses are recorded with correct accounting codes

5) Ensure invoices processing and payment are accurate using the correct bank accounts and within the timeline

6) Reconcile accounts payable transactions and supplier statements

7) Research and resolve invoices discrepancies and issues

8) Liaise with vendors and stakeholders on invoices and supporting documents

9) Prepare monthly payments for expenses claims and vendor payments

10) Perform other duties as assigned

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our newly established department to connect with main contractor/designer's project for high-end customised metalwork - Eg. Fine-dining restaurant, Luxury brand retail store, 5 star Hotel, Good class bungalow interior, intricate metalwork, etc.This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and make a significant impact on the company's success.

Requirements:

- Sheetmetal knowledge/background preferred but not a must. Machining, metal stamping or metal treatment/coating knowledge will be advantageous.

- Positive attitude, willing to learn new metal fabrication methods, coating, assembly, etc.

- Willing to do cold call and make appointment to promote our company customised metalworks and services.

- Champion all project assigned from start to finish: Feasibility metalwork design discussion with client, material procurement, fabrication, post coating and delivery/installation.

- Able to commit extra hours to ensure project complete successfully.

- Able to interpret technical drawing preferred.
