• Experience and Competencies:
• Familiarity with reviewing inter-disciplinary drawings like GA, P&ID, Equipment Layout, piping codes
• Experience with flow loop and related auxiliary systems like Oil heaters, heat exchangers, cooling towers, gas booster systems, charge pumps, dynos are preferred
• Should possess adequate knowledge of risk assessment tools and proven experience of participating in HAZID/HAZOP/FMECA reviews
• Adept at managing vendors/contractors during construction, maintenance and upgrading works
• Knowledge and experience in programming and troubleshooting PLC logic design, implementation of SCADA projects, hands on experience in implementing and troubleshooting communication issues on Modbus ( TCP,RTU) and Profibus would be a plus
• Understand the theory and application of predictive maintenance technologies
• Very good documentation skills

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Degree in Engineering

Experience: 2 to 5 years of related experience

Basic electrical safety knowledge

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $3500 + Transport Allowance $100 + Shift Allowance $100 + AWS + VB
• Working Hour: 5.5 Days (Alt Sat);

1st shift: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm; Saturday: 9am to 1pm)
2nd shift: Mon to Fri (1pm to 10pm; Sat: 1pm to 5pm)
3rd shift: Monday to Friday (3pm to 12am; Sat: 3pm to 7pm)

Job Scope:

• Prepare essential documentation including Mawb, Hawb, Manifest, and COO
• Perform cargo labeling tasks
• Record cost and revenue data within the Kewill system
• Establish connections for customer EDI integration, if needed, in the Kewill system
• Provide customers with flight information and Proof of Delivery (POD) for Door-to-Door shipments
• Send pre-alert emails to destination stations as necessary
• Post pre-alerts from the Kewill system to respective destination stations
• Coordinate with destination stations to secure POD for Door-to-Door shipments
• Update mandatory milestones within the Kewill track and trace system
• Occasionally, assist with the lifting and shifting of cartons for cargo labeling
• Inspect physical cargo to determine if any repacking is necessary
• Occasionally, travel to customer locations or alternate work sites
• Follow up with carriers and co-loaders for potential off-loading situations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Decoration and Display

• Understand various size of fish and seafood for packaging
• Check product quality and specification for packaging
• Decorate and display variety of fish and seafood for packaging

Packaging

• Understand various size of packaging tray
• To pack variety of fish and seafood product
• To ensure complying packaging standard

Pricing

• Understand various type of fish and seafood name
• Understand various type of fish and seafood code (PLU)
• Understand to operate auto pricing machine

Distribution

• Prepare delivery basket for distribution
• Prepare and arrange stock for distribution.

Cleaning and Sanitation

• Perform various cleaning action in production area - Washing, Mopping, Sweeping and Cleaning

• Follow disciplinary policies, rules and regulations.
• Able to work in the chilled and frozen condition.
• Service-oriented, team player with ability to read and communicate in simple English
• Attentive to details
• Able to lift a single carton weight of about 12kg without assistance
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• Able to work on 6 days, rotating shifts
