Responsibilities:

• Able to achieve the sales target and good in business development

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position reports to the Production Planning function
• Chairs production meeting and provide updates on the status of the production orders
• Ensure production orders are executed to meet customer’s delivery dates and escalate to manager when at risk.
• Attend MRB (Material Review Board) meetings with the team and follow-up action on the status of non-conformance. Escalate to supervisor for decision-making when required.
• Work closely with all departments to ensure production orders are executed as per plan with minimal delays
• Extensive usage of ERP systems on order tracking and maintaining of records
• Monitor skip operations status, when occur, work with all departments to follow the production routing to ensure accurate clocking of operations by all departments
• Prepare Gantt charts and project manage high profile orders and keep supervisor updated on the status
• Analyse and prepare overall plant capacity and loading
• Closely monitor and expedite production order status.
• Must be able to feel comfortable manoeuvring on the shop floor with adequate PPE and observe all safety requirements in a Manufacturing environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma or 2 years relevant experience in Planner role
• Past experience with ERP system will be added advantage
• Good proficiency in Microsoft office
• A good team player, energetic and willing to work hard
• Good communication skill

KEY JOB PURPOSE

The successful candidate will be part of our company and contribute to administrative, accounting and HR activities. He/she will provide assistance to the corporate lab enabling the company and R&D staff to accomplish their R&D activities effectively and efficiently.

Account Role

- Manage full set of financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L and cash flow) for two entities.

- Manage full set of account including vendor invoice processing, payment arrangements, journal entries, inter-company charges and GL maintenance

- Perform financial operations like checking of invoice, expense claim/reimbursement from employee

- Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.

- Fixed asset register, tracking and depreciation recordings

- Prepare prepayment, accrual and account payable list report

- Review and manage all bookkeeping activities

- Prepare yearly audit schedules

- Laise with external auditor, banker and secretory if there is a need

- Manage office supplies inventories

Keep tracking on procurement payment request and bills to pay

- Any Ad Hoc duties assign by management

1. Administers, monitors and continuously ensures that all operations conform to safety requirements and maintain high safety standards.
2. Provides assistance to the foremen in the Dimensional and Inspection charts and calculations.
3. Assists the Operation Manager in the budgeting for manpower and equipment.
4. Ensure the safety of personnel through compliance with Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Regulations.
5. Ensure that Health, Safety & Environmental operating procedures are followed and counsel employees about compliance as necessary.
6. Participate in the preparation of Safe work, Environmental control and Emergency procedures.
7. Any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

9. Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of the project site
10. Ensure that all works carried out meet company’s quality standards and requirements

13. Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation
