The Planning Executive is responsible for analysing of data, identifying trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business growth. Require to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies and monitor performance metrics.

Job Descriptions / Role / Responsibilities:

• Analyze of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor key performance indicators and provide insights into business performance.
• Develop and maintain data models and algorithms that support business decision-making.
• Work with relevant stakeholder to drive the project forward and ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
• Ensure all the data is collected, stored, and processed in a secure manner.
• Generate regular reports and presentations for senior management to illustrate business performance metrics.
• Prepare PPT presentation and minute of meeting.
• Undertake other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in Japanese and English to effectively manage projects and communicate with diverse teams.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in data analysis, business analysis, or project management.
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, VBA, and SQL.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong grasp of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Skilled in visualizing data workflows and translating them into digital media.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Weighing, mixing, filter preparation, filling and packaging.
• Loading and unloading of raw and packaging materials as well as finished products.
• Filling up production check list and all ISO documents for production
• Perform house-keeping as per 5S program.
• Equipment and area cleaning on regular intervals.
• Handle monthly physical count for in-direct materials.
• Comply with safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• Min GCE O Level / Nitec or equivalent
• Min 2 years of working experience
• Knowledge of Chemistry preferred
• Positive with a sense of urgency
• With forklift license is a plus

Requirements:

• Min 2 years years experience in accounting.
• Minimum Diploma in accounting.
• Knowledge and experience in Oracle, MS Office Excel

• Works well under pressure, challenges status quo.

· Prepare detailed design reports, calculations and drawings.

· Prepare submissions to statutory agencies/ authorities.

· Participate in the coordination with other disciplines in preparation of design deliveries.

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).

· Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures.

· Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills.

· Have good knowledge of common engineering design software.

· Working experience in engineering design consulting practice on building, geotechnical, infrastructure, rail or road projects (underground/basement/elevated structures, tunnel structures and MRT station structures).

· Strong analytical skills.

· Able to work under pressure with good time management skill.

Buildings:

- Experienced in the design of residential buildings, commercial, institutional, high-rise buildings, schools, etc.

- Familiar with precast and prestressed concrete, steelworks, PPVC and MET will be an added advantage.

Infrastructure:

- Experienced in the design of underground basements, tunnels, underground stations, maritime structures.

Civil:

- Experienced in the design of major civil infrastructure projects such as roads, drains, sewers, utilities, road and rail alignments.

Geotechnical:

- Experienced in the design of earth retaining and stabilizing structures, deep foundations, reclamations, slope stabilities.

- Familiar with the geotechnical impact assessment of structures and instrumentations.

- Familiar with the application of geotechnical FEM software.
