Multimedia Administration

Support Teaching and Learning

• Maintain and update school website.

• Provide multimedia support (e.g., photography, video production) to facilitate the delivery of lessons and events.

• Support administration tasks for teaching and learning (e.g., Burning of DVDs/CDs, printing of media resources etc.)

• Provide technical advice in terms of multimedia hardware and software that the school can purchase to support the teaching and learning in curricular and co-curricular areas.

Other Support/Duties

• Assist ICT Associate in managing requests from staff.

• Archive, manage and organize the school’s media collection. Other duties pertaining to the area of multimedia production and administrative work when assigned.

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Qualifications:

• Minimum requirement of a relevant ITE/Higher NITEC, or equivalent certification on Multimedia knowledge

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience working as a Multimedia Specialist, preferably in a school context.

• Preferably have experience managing photo-taking or video-taking projects.

Technical Expertise:

• Experience in providing Multimedia Support (e.g. Photography and photo editing, Videography).

• Have knowledge to maintain and update website.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Perform various activities and tasks required in the tablet coating production areas.

• Operate all relevant equipment, clean, assemble and maintain the cleanliness of the equipment.

• Perform and maintain the documentation of operations in accordance with cGMP requirement.

• Operate the equipment appropriately in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure / batch document.

• Perform online monitoring of in process parameters / checks throughout the batch.

• Complete all relevant records and other documentation required for tablet coating, maintenance and cleaning of equipment in the work area.

• Perform all activities in accordance with cGMP.

• Maintain the cleanliness of work area to ensure cGMP compliance.

• Perform all other relevant duties required to meet the schedule.

• Check relevant material and product details against batch document

• Co-ordination with Engineering for break down rectification of coating and related solution mixing equipment.

• Involve in equipment / process qualification.

• Participate in investigation of process deviation, cGMP and all other compliance related matters, where applicable.

• Ensure compliance to GxP / Safety / Quality policies.

REQUIREMENT

• Good understanding of safe working practices and cGMP.

• Experience in tablet coating of oral solid dosage manufacturing is preferred.

• A good team player with positive learning attitude.

• Willing to work in Tuas area, in cleanroom environment with full gowning.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum GCE 'O' level or NITEC or Higher NITEC or Diploma in Biotechnology / Biomedical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or relevant disciplines

• With 2-5 years of manufacturing experience in Pharmaceutical or related industries.

• Entry level NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma candidates are welcome to apply.

Job Description:

• Support set up of machinery to ensure on-time for mass production.
• Responsible for leading machine conversions and cleaning equipment.
• Assist in immediate breakdown restoration of machine function to achieve production output.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic-based troubleshooting guide.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new production operators and technicians
• Statistical process monitoring and control lead to productivity improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives toward production efficiency and quality.
• Design and fabricate simple jigs/fixtures to improve production processes.
• Carry out periodical maintenance for process machinery on schedule.
• Review process issues, and internal corrective action requests, assist in a customer complaint investigation, and conduct failure analysis.
• Assist new production introduction trial run.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time in full.
• Perform reconciliation and maintain an accurate inventory of materials and finished goods.
• Consistently adhere to good housekeeping practices and safety regulations.
• Responsible for completing and countersigning GMP documentation for traceability and submitting it to Management at the end of each processed order.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably at least a Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in Mechatronics / Electromechanical / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical Engineering.
• Able to read basic engineering drawings.
• Fluent in both oral and written English.
• Knowledge of GMP will be an added advantage.

HR FUNCTIONS

• Assist the HR & Admin Manager in handling full spectrum of HR functions - recruitment, selection & employment, all Work Pass matters.
• Responsible for the full payroll functions in consultation with HR & Admin Manager
• Maintain, upkeep and ensured timely and accurate updates of HR database, all employee personal files and records are complete and treated in the strictest confidence
• Assist the HR & Admin Manager in reviewing training plans and career development for staff.
• Responsible to manage and update Time Attendance for payroll processing
• Manage and Liaise with Dormitory Operators for Dorm Check in/out, and other matters
• Assist the HR & Admin Manager in handling company insurance claims and reviews (Group Medical, Workmen Injury Compensation, Vehicle Insurance)
• Prepare submissions to government agencies, such as IRAS, NS claims, Government Paid leave claims and etc
• Conduct and complete market surveys from MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA and various HR related surveys.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

ADMIN FUNCTIONS

• Lead HR Admin team, manage and improve the workflow to give strong support to operations and finance department
• Assist the HR & Admin Manager with vendor management and government grant applications
• Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment, and supplies eg. Stationery, photocopiers
• Maintain company assets such as desktops and laptops with help from IT outsourcing vendors
• Ensure that the office and pantry is well-maintained, organized and secure.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in the Construction Industry.
• Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for the Senior executive role
• Candidates with minimum GCE O level plus Certificate in Human Resource Management & above will have an advantage
• Well versed and knowledgeable in WPOL and EPOL applications and processes
• Familiar with HRIS & Payroll systems, preferably CuteOffice
• Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations
