Responsibilities

STRATEGY

• Support the creation, conceptualization and operation of key sales and growth development strategies related to the B1G1 SME program.
• Support the ideation, development and execution of vibrant regional and global community engagement opportunities and events that inspire and transform the business community.
• Support the development of key projects in the B1G1 SME Program that help further enhance, grow and deliver on B1G1’s strategic goals.

OPERATIONS

• Build, develop and maintain meaningful and long-lasting relationships with SME members to continuously grow the B1G1 Movement through referrals, additional B1G1 programs and partnership opportunities.
• Support SME Members as required, throughout the member lifecycle, maintaining engagement and actively identifying opportunities for greater growth, engagement and impact.
• Provide timely regional insights, feedback and development opportunities to enable the global headquarters in Singapore to accelerate the growth of the giving movement.
• Track and report key account metrics and prepare reports as required.
• Clearly communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee timely and successful delivery of solutions according to member needs and objectives.
• Implementing effective management of leads, referrals, and partnerships using the company CRM and other systems as needed.
• Support and ensure new sales strategies and programs are tested and implemented in a timely manner taking ownership of particular SME strategies or programs as required.
• Continuously seek to enhance the B1G1 SME program and engagement offerings, through regular feedback and suggestions through the Department Manager.
• Seek out and attend networking events and other opportunities to help grow the B1G1 brand awareness and Movement.
• Actively engage with and support development of the Partnerships Associate for the relevant region.
• Contribute to company initiatives, meetings and other requests outside of immediate role as needed.

Starting Salary Range: $4000-$6500 depending on skills, experience and qualifications. Plus additional unique B1G1 benefits.

• Establish and maintain effective Quality Management Systems (QMS) for project execution referencing to local requirements, client specifications and CES_SDC requirements.
• Ensure the CES_SDC’s Management System Manual (MSM) and Quality Procedure Manual (QPM) are established and maintained in support of CES_SDC’s Policies, Objectives & Targets, Quality Management Programme, Awards and Certifications
• Work closely with Management Team/HODs/PDs/PMs in meeting CES_SDC’s Quality objectives and targets by initiating, recommending or providing effective corrective actions/risk mitigating control measures through managing changes and documentations in QMS and risk registers.
• Organise and implement Company-wide initiatives and promotional campaigns to elevate Quality awareness and strive towards Quality excellence.
• Evaluate industry best practices for implementation of such practices into the CES_SDC Quality culture.
