Job Objectives/Job Summary:

As a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, he/she is expected to coordinate, develop and implement project plan. He/she has to allocate and manage project resources according to the approved plan. Job Specifications/Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in related industry with relevant site experience.
• Must have working experience in Additions & Alterations (A&A) works in commercial building upgrading project.
• Must have comprehension for written or verbal graphic instructions.
• Must possess good troubleshooting skills and excellent problem solving skills.

Description & Requirements

• Plan, design and direct construction activities, to ensure safe and timely delivery and completion of development works.

• Own technical operations for systems that manage hundreds of thousands of CPU cores

Purpose and Scope

Scrutinize and review major investments and advise on legal risk in industrial parks, ready built factories/warehouses (RBF/RBW) and commercial and residential property projects including M&A / divestments, corporate restructuring, leases and other contracting requirements for day-to-day business.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Advising on Joint Venture matters (including JV governance).
• Liaise with business units on governance and compliance related matters in respect of frameworks and policies initiated by the Sembcorp Group Legal and Group Ethics & Compliance function (including anti-bribery/corruption) supporting the rollout of these policies (including assistance with training) and implement and monitor compliance on such policies and frameworks.
• Assess the impact of new/amended regulations on the business and present to the managements appropriate steps that may be taken in countering the impact and/meeting legal requirements.

• Experience with projects in Indonesia, Vietnam or India and/or ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia or Vietnamese would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of commercial law especially land law, the law on enterprises, the law on investment. Knowledge and experience with cross border transactions would be an advantage. Experience with corporate structuring in a property business would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of plant machinery and systems across all facilities, ensuring they are operational and well-maintained for effective production.

• Educate and guide Senior Supervisors on maintaining the plant's working condition, focusing on safety, quality, and minimizing waste.
• Track and manage the use of raw materials and production to maximize efficiency and reduce excess use.
• Create detailed operating instructions for staff for each shift that covers starting, stopping, and any operational changes needed for tests, projects, or maintenance.
• Be informed about our management systems and relevant certifications like ISO and ITAF, perform corrective measures if necessary, and ensure department adherence.
• Direct studies and test new products and materials, conducting analyses that lead to process improvements.
• Support other departments with any extra tasks as needed.

We are seeking a self-driven and independent Business Transformation Manager/Senior Manager for one of our shipping clients. This role will lead the design and continuous improvement of business processes to drive operational efficiency, enhance performance, and reduce costs, focusing on Strategy, Systems, and Projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experience in shipping, with a preference for experience in operations and Marine Operations Systems product design.

Key Responsibilities:

· Business Process Design & Enhancement: Spearhead the creation and ongoing refinement of business processes to improve operational efficiency, optimize performance, and minimize costs. This includes drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and developing visual process flow diagrams.

As a Manufacturing Production Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operation of your shift to achieve the planned output and cycle time.
