• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, including the implementation of emergency preparedness plans and regular safety audits to safeguard the well-being of all.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate data collection on clients and programmes, adhering to data protection policies.
• Prepare monthly reports for the management and statutory board accurately and timely.

Policy Development & Quality Improvement

• Contribute to the development and enforcement of policies, procedures, and standards that enhance programme quality and promote healthy aging.
• Lead initiatives to improve Centre systems, operational processes, and risk management practices.

Strategic Leadership & Operations

• Support strategic planning and operations for the Active Aging Centre, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and community needs.
• Contribute to the annual strategic plan, budget proposals, and reporting processes to guide and strengthen Centre performance.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

· Passionate about working with seniors and volunteers.

· Team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

· Ability to lead in a collaborative and dynamic environment, fostering teamwork and growth.

· Strong sense of agility and adaptability, able to handle diverse challenges and changes.

· Able to work under pressure and deliver results, showing resilience and focus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for efficient administrative work.
