PARTNERSHIP

• Source new brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that align with the Group’s business objectives and strategy for both Mandala Club and Mandala Masters.
• Negotiate contract terms to secure sponsorship deals with clients.
• Negotiate contract terms with brand partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms for those without commercial value, including but not limited to barter exchange deals like members’ perks and product sponsorship.
• Grow revenue and increase brand awareness through developing business opportunities and co-marketing initiatives.

This position involves overseeing projects related to these systems, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance & Enhancement: Oversee the upkeep and improvement of utility application systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Project Implementation: Lead initiatives related to utility application systems, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Solution Architecture Development: Design and document comprehensive solution architectures that align with business needs.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable application and process designs; main business stakeholders would be with the Finance & Billing department.
• Procurement Management: Handle the procurement of information communication and technology systems, software, and services. This includes drafting specifications, conducting evaluations, and engaging project stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Project Delivery Management: Oversee project delivery across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including the warranty period, ensuring all objectives and deliverables are met.
• Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships according to established standards, processes, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) throughout project phases.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, standards, and procedures throughout all projects.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with business users to discuss new approaches, prioritize enhancements, and explore upcoming projects.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience as system analyst, system design and development within SAP environments, specifically with utility project implementation experience.
• Strong understanding in billing and BSS (business support systems) in utility, telecommunications (telco), and related industries would be a strong bonus.
• Experience in engaging with cross-functional IT stakeholders, including infrastructure and data center operations; techno-functional consultants will be strongly considered.
• Project management certification is advantageous.
• Proven experience in managing vendor relationships effectively.

Technical Skillsets:

• Expertise in at least one SAP ISU module
• Strong background in SAP ABAP Development
• Proficient in Printing Software (Exstream)
• Knowledge of security protocols related to application systems
