About The Role

We are looking for a Partner Director to lead a team of Inside Channel Account Managers (ICAMs) for APJC. This role will be based out of Singapore and will report to the Vice President of Partner Sales, APJC.

In this role, your first responsibility will be to attract talent and hire your inside partner sales team based out of APJC. You will be accountable for establishing the team with clear roles, responsibilities, and key performance goals to operationalize partner recruitment and onboarding, enabling Cloudflare to reach customers across new geographies and territories in APJC. You will develop strategies and programs to grow deal registrations, partner-initiated opportunities and partner-initiated sales.

You will be accountable for defining targeted partner criteria and profiles, segmentation of territories to align to our sales go-to-market, recruitment strategy, development of partners, partner-initiated pipeline strategy and partner sales growth.

Your role will require you to work closely with Partner Leadership, Sales Leaders, Partner Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Operations and Partner Marketing teams. The candidate must be a seasoned leader with experience leading a cross-regional APJC team, preferably in the technology, cybersecurity and/or networking sector. Travel will be required within APJC.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the inside partner sales team for APJC
• Establish cadence, reporting, goals, metrics and tracking progress
• Develop the inside partner sales strategy and operational model, including partner recruitment, onboarding, and activation

Role description:

As a Senior Director, you will lead, grow and deliver the strategy, business, team and financials for VCA's Asia Pacific Commercial Banking and Strategy Practice Area. Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for maximizing overall revenue through development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies based on demand and competitor analysis in order to gain market share.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive market share and revenue performance through proper pricing and mix management using competitive reports
• Develop overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels with the aim of maximising revenue through forecasting and budgeting
• Manage rates, room inventory, distribution channels and market segmentation
• Effectively manage and be in control of all inventory (transient, group, wholesale allotments and other) and pricing strategy in all distribution channels including brand website and 3rd party sites
• Identify new revenue opportunities and provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Maintain complete knowledge of room availability for each day, including restricted dates, rates and room types breakdown
• Analysis of data, booking patterns and market trends and generating reports
• Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity / functional
• Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, corporate, groups etc).
• Monitor competitors and market to develop rate and market-mix strategies
• Have good knowledge on all room rates/packages and promotions
• Supervision of reservations team in meeting the daily business needs, including conducting training and guidance to the Revenue & Reservations department
• Coordinate and work with other departments in sales fulfilment
• Develop specific goals and plans to prioritise, organise and accomplish the work for the department.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by General Manager from time to time

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration/ Revenue Management/ Business/ Finance or related field
• At least 15 years of relevant working experience within the hotel industry
• Have worked in both local & international hotel brands with properties of at least 350 keys
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including email
• Knowledge in Revenue Management platforms (eg. Amadaeus, Duetto, Lanyon etc)
• Knowledge in OPERA Cloud will be advantageous
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Multi-tasking skills with attention to details and deadlines
• Ability to lead and train team members
• Ability to communicate and interact with various stakeholders of all levels

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Be a core member of the One-Time Services Department Senior Leadership Team, helping guide and shape the future of the department and contributing to the future of the wider business
• Manage multiple One-Time Services teams in APAC and act as the direct manager of both people managers and individual contributors across multiple diverse locations - hiring, nurturing, performance managing, and supporting the development and satisfaction of your team
• As required, hire and nurture new talent into our world-class One-Time Services organization by building a pipeline of candidates, setting clear expectations, and managing performance
• Develop an efficient organization that maintains our high standard of excellence when providing support to customers
• Gather and use insight to drive regional and global improvements to service offerings, processes, and ways of working
• Work with Senior Director / VP of One-Time Services to develop short-term (yearly) territory staffing model based on revenue, partner revenue, and team utilization targets and monitor and address any shifts on an ongoing basis; own P&L for your region
• Responsible for team performance, health, and employee engagement KPI achievement in the region - regularly review regional team KPIs and make adjustments to process and personnel based on business need
• Advocate customer business use cases and feedback to product development
• Responsible for setting and delivering regional Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Work closely with internal cross-departmental stakeholders to design and develop efficient processes and working practices to ensure alignment and excellent customer experience
• Monitor regional book of business to identify risks and opportunities, taking action, and providing guidance and participating in escalation management
• Own a strategic pillar or process for Global One-Time Services and/or sponsor Global initiatives

WHO YOU ARE

• 10+ years relevant professional experience in a related area for example, Customer Onboarding, Consultancy, Account Management or Mobile Marketing
• 3+ years experience managing and mentoring people managers and individual contributors
• Significant project management experience and/or formal certifications (PMP, PMgP, Agile, Prince2 etc)
• You have exemplary written and verbal communication skills coupled with unparalleled follow up skills
• You build strong positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• You are known for being a team player
• You have a high level of intellectual curiosity

We are looking for a passionate Programme Executive to plan and coordinate the day-to-day programme. guide volunteers to carry out the programme activities, work with other organisations to execute programmes, manage communications and feedback from stakeholders, as well as conduct outreach activities to other organisations and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, develop and manage engagement programmes (workshops, educational talks, festive events, etc.) to be held at designated neighbourhood touchpoints for Seniors.

· Allocate appropriate resources, recruitment of seniors / volunteers / partners for the programmes, and to plan and execute publicity for such events.

· Supervise and train volunteers / partners in the running of approved programmes and provide administrative support to volunteers / partners involved.

· Monitor seniors' health and wellness, make referrals to appropriate agencies, and conduct home or hospital visits.

· Manage the AAS (Alert Alarm System), SC phone and its maintenance.

· Provide support for seniors, including health monitoring and communication with next of kin.

· Conduct community outreach within the vicinity of the service area and perform needs assessment to ascertain service needs and gaps of the senior residents.

Requirements

· Possess Higher Diploma or Diploma in Gerontology, ITE NITEC in Community Care and Social Services, or Diploma in Social Enterprise/Entrepreneurship

· Ability to train volunteers to facilitate creative arts / baking / cooking / singing / music instruments / florist / live streaming in senior programmes.

· Ability to host or deliver programmes in front of a crowd of 10 – 80 seniors is a must.

· Familiarity with live-stream or data-entry and administration is preferred.

· Experience in social services not necessary

· Fully conversant and able to translate in Malay / Mandarin and English, ability to converse in Hokkien / Teochew will be a bonus, due to clients being seniors.

· Must be a good team-player, with a passion to work with seniors.
