Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of security requirements and implications relating to government security standards would be advantageous

• Experience in turn-key development, implementation and maintenance of large-scale, multi-platform, multi-vendor systems in the IT and engineering domain. The Field Support Manager is responsible for leading Reproductive Health product launches, training (internal and external), product questions, and case support for assigned area. This position provides leadership within the assigned area for product launches, in collaboration with Product Management and Marketing, and supports the annual business plan to help the sales team meet or exceed projected sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain current knowledge of SBU product line with a sound understanding of the associated medical specialties
