As the Cafe Manager at PAZZION Cafe, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our cafe. You will be responsible for overseeing the cafe staff, managing inventory, upholding our high standards of customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our cafe.

Job Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

· Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff, including baristas and kitchen staff.

· Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Operational Management:

· Ensure the cafe is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times.

· Planning of monthly roster for the team, taking into account peak hours and customer traffic.

Customer Service:

Financial Management:

· Monitor daily sales and expenses to achieve budgetary goals.

• Develop and enhance the capability and skills of finance staff in order to upgrade the finance function to meet the future organization needs.

Job requirements:

• A qualified CA or CPA with between 7 to 10 years of experience in the field of Finance.
• University degree in Accounting and/or Business Management.
• Demonstrated track record in leading a finance function.
• Experience in working in a medium to large charity will be a plus.
• Excellent engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and manage teams, both directly and through a matrix management structure.
• Highly organized with an excellent ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, Charity Accounting Standards, and other relevant statutory regulations.
• Experience in enhancement of existing finance systems in an order to automate work processes.
