• Responsible for schedules and forecasts of project development.
• Work with relevant personnel to rectify any electrical/mechanical issues.
• Involve in design works and make sure specifications are in line with Authority’s code of practice and requirement.
• Liaise, coordinate, and monitor project progress to ensure that schedule is on time as planned.
• Prepare method statement, risk assessment, construction drawing, catalogue submission, safe work procedure and all other documents as requested by site.
• Plan, manage and coordinate all site matters, ensuring compliance to Project specifications, regulations and schedules.
• Technical specification review and recommend appropriate resolution.
• Directs, supervises and train technicians on engineering activities on site to meet all project requirements.
• Actively use the right tools to collect and observe data to ensure good coordination with team activities and communicates project status through technical reports.
• Co-ordinate and attend meetings with the Structural, Architectural, and other M&E contractor, sub-contractor, consultant, and client’s representatives to resolve project related problems and issues.
• Monitor project cost activity to take actions on cost deviation.
• Attend and conduct of Factory Testing and Site Testing and Commissioning of system
• Collect all necessary accurate data and share information pertaining to project issues, budgets, and schedules in project meetings.
• Prepare progress report and project handover report.
• Execute other assigned tasks as delegated by immediate superior.

• Monitor margin in the derivatives clearing account on a daily basis, including timely margin call and withdrawal, to ensure that there is sufficient balance to support the hedging business;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor in Finance/ Accounting/ related field or equivalent, preferably qualified ACCA/ ISCA ;
2. Min. 5 years relevant working experience in financial accounting, management and control, cash management preferably in commodities trading companies;
3. Familiar with cash pooling operation and management;

Responsibilities:

Position Overview

The Solution/Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing engineering submittals, required on key design contracts, and acts as the lead technical point of contact for the project team. A successful candidate will have experience reviewing customer specifications for their technical content, engaging with product marketing experts, and overseeing the generation of an overall BMS solution for a larger project team. The Project Engineer will provide engineering and equipment subcontractor oversight, in close partnership with the overall Project Manager.
