Executive – Fundraising & Donor Management
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the planning and implementation of FFTH’s fundraising strategies, including the preparation of a monthly Board report;
· Co-ordinate and assist with the preparation of grants (both local and overseas foundations), fundraising applications, utilisation reports etc;
· Assist in the end-to-end project management of organising FFTH’s signature fundraising events: Passion Ball and Charity Golf Tournament;
- Manage and liaise with stakeholders such as sponsors, vendors, donors and guests
- Prepare the Ops and Admin brief for staff and volunteer deployment
- Assist in the preparation for all the necessary collaterals and materials needed for the event
· Build and maintain good relationships with donors, sponsors and stakeholders, upholding excellent donor end-to-end service journey;
- From preparing pitch slides, sending thank you letters, responding to queries, preparing Memorandum of Understanding etc
· Contribute to robust knowledge management internally by diligently updating the tracking sheet of donations received, grants applied for, deadlines of utilisation reports etc;
· Collaborate across departments to streamline and integrate donor engagement strategies;
· Update and maintain FFTH’s donor database;
· Plan and execute ways to outreach and/or update FFTH’s donors through several touchpoints yearly;
· As well as any other adhoc duties that may be required.
Requirements:
· Minimum diploma/degree in related field
· Some experience in fundraising or similar capacity
· Independent, organised, meticulous and creative
· Good team player with positive learning attitude
· Excellent oral, written, communication and people skills
· Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple projects
· Great with digital stuff and social media
