- Perform customs permit declarations in an accurate and timely manner with full compliance.

- Follow up on daily shipment holds and find solutions in a timely manner to process the customs clearance

- Preparing airfreight/seafreight shipping documents for both import and export.

- Attending to customers enquiry and feedback via physical contact, email, phone calls and maintaining an excellent rapport with customers.
