• Ensure all web properties are properly managed, maintained, and optimized in support of business needs, marketing objectives, and user goals
• Liaise with vendors to ensure web projects are prioritized, and sites are operational
• Ensure web experiences are aligned with our brand & digital strategy
• Lead generation & SEO strategies
• Work with technical resource to create landing pages & microsites (from concept to execution)
• Oversee day-to-day web content production, execution & administration - content releases, new product updates in CMS, site administration and troubleshooting.
• Continually identify opportunities to enhance our website capabilities; research, recommend, and implement site enhancements, functionality improvements, plugins/integrations, etc…
• Ensure sites are optimized for search, and that Netweb’s web content is well represented in major search engines and third-party websites as appropriate
• Ensure meaningful KPIs and measurement goals are established and implemented for web channels; leverage data/insights and communicate findings & opportunities to team to help with ongoing content/campaign planning and to better understand user behaviour
• Conduct competitor and user research as needed
• Event management – Organising corporate events, Company booth and managing leads at trade shows
• Work with technical and product engineering department to develop product brochures and technical datasheets
• Press release and media activities
• Brand Management - Assist all departments in getting their digital brand initiatives right

- Manage the day to day operation of the Sales Admin / Office

- Handle sales enquiries and online sales in a fast-paced environment

- Involve in packing of goods for online sales and samples to customers

- Co-ordinate daily delivery operations to and sales returns from customers

- Manage customers' feedback and complaints

- Follow up on sales payments from customers

- Data entry - DO/invoices and update price list and customer master

Job Description:Finance executive is responsible for guiding SME corporate client through the loan application process, evaluating their financial circumstances, and recommending suitable loan products. They work with lending institutions, borrowers, and real estate professionals to facilitate loan transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and lending needs. Assess their creditworthiness and financial situation.
2. Loan Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Corporate Sme Loan products.
3. Application Processing: Assist clients in completing loan applications accurately and gather all necessary documentation, including income verification, credit reports, and property appraisals.
4. Loan Structuring: Analyze SME Corporate Client information to recommend the most suitable loan options. Consider factors like interest rates, down payments, and loan terms to provide personalized advice.
5. Client Education: Educate SME Corporate Client about the loan process, explaining terms and conditions, and helping them understand their financial responsibilities.
6. Communication: Maintain regular communication with SME Corporate Client , real estate agents, and loan underwriters to provide updates on the loan status and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process.
7. Sales and Marketing: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Cultivate relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other potential sources of referrals.
8. Documentation: Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy and completeness before closing.
9. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing SME Corporate Client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
10. Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and production goals set by the lending institution.
11. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions, SME Corporate Client interactions, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to understand and articulate complex product features.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
