Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Customer Service Manager or Executive level role.
• Possessed Class 3 driving licence

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Site Executive to join our team. The Site Executive will be stationed at a specific job site, overseeing and managing daily operations related to cleaning services. The role requires effective coordination, supervision, and planning to ensure the smooth functioning of cleaning activities while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manpower Planning: Plan and allocate daily manpower resources efficiently to meet operational requirements.
  Cleaning Schedule Management: Develop daily and periodic cleaning schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks according to client specifications.
• Material Planning: Coordinate monthly material planning, ensuring an adequate supply of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition at all times.
• Client Meetings: Attend client meetings to understand requirements, address concerns, and provide updates on cleaning operations.
• Reporting: Generate various reports as required, including attendance reports, work done reports, and any other relevant documentation.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to safety regulations and procedures, conducting regular safety inspections and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Team Supervision: Provide supervision and guidance to cleaning staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging productivity.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality, conducting inspections and implementing improvements as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in cleaning services management or a similar role is advantageous.

Assist to achieve student targets set for the Recruitment and Partnerships Division by providing in office support to the recruitment and partnerships group.

Responsibilities

· Handle enquiries and support the conversion process of applications not limiting to ad hoc phone enquiries, email, walk-in and other enquiries received from individual markets (including from agents)

· Maintain the enrolment record sheet for the Commonwealth of Independent States marketing region and provide management reports on the performance of individual markets and provide ad-hoc reports as required

· Plan, execute and participate in recruitment fairs/seminars and events as assigned

· Arrange for student passes to be issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority

· Provide clerical, administrative and marketing support

· Liaise with JCU Singapore’s appointed agents and maintain the approved agent list

· Ensure the compliance to EduTrust in the recruitment activities performed

Key selection criteria

· Undergraduate degree or polytechnic diploma with 2 years’ relevant experience

· Experience at tasks which are methodical and require high accuracy

· Experience in communicating with both internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds

· Work as a team member supporting other team members, especially in times of high workload

· Ability to work in a diligent, organized, proactive and methodical manner

· Ability to analyse and interpret information against a given set of criteria
