The Key Accounts Executive holds a role with diverse responsibilities aimed at delivering an excellent and seamless customer service experience for clients. Additionally, the role is responsible for maintaining low receivables for the company. Collaboration with the Business Development Manager is also a key aspect of the role, focusing on ensuring the sustainability and growth of the department.

Client Onboarding

● Obtaining and ensuring KYC documents have been collected for the compliance officer to run checks

● Create a customer file and store all information according to SOP

● Preparing Malca-Amit contract/agreed rates and ensuring both director and client signed copies in file

● Liaising with the relevant department to activate customer code

Operations Related

● Process sales orders from customers to internal stakeholders with clear, accurate and concise instruction

● Track orders and manage shipment schedules to meet customer expectations.

Customer Service

● Manage Customer visits, and tours of MA Facilities

● Address customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.

● Handle customer complaints or issues by liaising with the appropriate departments for resolution.

● Take ownership of all of the client's shipments (import/export/domestic/freight collect/3rd party) within MA Singapore

● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and satisfaction.

● Ensure that customer details are updated

Collection Management

● Ensuring COD collection terms enforced for first-time clients

● Ensure all final invoices and dues are collected during account closure / full withdrawal

● Responsible for collection of dues from clients past 60 days

Reporting

● Generating monthly sales reports to have a summary of all client's shipments and revenue under their management

● Monthly sales report of leads/sales pipeline

● Analysis of losses and account closure

● Manage and maintain sales databases, CRM systems, and records of sales performance.

Requirements

● Impressive communication skills – fluent English is a must. Strength in a 2nd language is an added advantage.

● Ability to deliver in time and pressure-sensitive situations.

● An ownership mindset with an eagerness to perform.

Job description:

Job Objectives

• To oversee the Costing, Store, and receiving function and work closely with the F&B operations and Finance teams.
• Required to work on business cases and to give analytical support to assist Senior Management in decision-making.
• To oversee and monitor the cash movements and transactions in Jackpot, to ensure that there are sufficient funds for operations and that reports are accurately reconciled.

Job Description

• Work closely with F&B Department on operational, inventory, and cost-related matters.
• Achieve budget objectives by monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Evaluate completeness and accuracy of recipes, determine theoretical cost and selling price, and provide recommendations on cost control and monitoring of wastage.
• Prepare weekly and monthly food and beverage reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarising information and trends.
• Plan and lead monthly stock count for all outlets.
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stores items are checked monthly for slow-moving and stores’ stock is checked for expiry dates
• Plan and liaise with external auditors for the year-end stock count for all outlets.
• In charge of counting and reconciling the daily cash collected from Jackpot Machines before issuing it to Jackpot Cashier for their operations as and when needed.
• To check and compute the Jackpot Tax and Revenue and ensure timely submission of the reports to auditors and IRAS.
• Facilitate the weekly Jackpot collection to CISCO and banking of daily cash collections.
• Ensure that there is adequate Nets float at reception and top up when necessary.
• Any other related duties and ad-hoc costing projects as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
• At least 5 years relevant experience with minimum 2 years in Cost and Inventory Control role in F&B / hospitality industry
• Knowledge of Club accounting software, Sun System, and Point of Sales (Micros or Opera)
• Meticulous, strong interpersonal skills, confident, approachable, patient with good communication skills
• Highly motivated, passionate, and driven
• Proficient in Excel, Sun Accounting, or Other Accounting Systems
• Organized and able to meet the timeline
• Able to multi-task in a demanding environment
• Ability to study, analyze and interpret financial information with a strong understanding of overall F&B or hospitality operations
