As a Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the schedules and resources of our deployment team.

• Provide shared support to Sales & Operations team
• Handle customer’s enquiries via phone call and emails in his/her assigned territory

Job Description:

• Material planning: performing statistical analysis based on past consumption, lead time, value of material, EUC requirements and provide recommendation to support operations.
• Periodic review of inventory level to trigger replenishment up to level to support operations materials requirements based on provisioning model in considerations of Lead time, Consumption, EUC Requirements, Value of Material, MOQ, EOQ.
