SISTIC is hiring a digital marketer to scale our digital marketing and B2B strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our B2B and B2C audiences and driving revenue for our existing clientele across Asia.

The ideal candidate will be equal parts strategy and execution-driven, and a creative thinker who is passionate about digital marketing and the arts, entertainment and sports industry.

• Create, execute, and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver action-driving marketing content across channels and tools.
• B2C marketing – manage a portfolio of key marketing clients’ campaigns and budgets, working with internal stakeholders including Client Services and Business Development teams.
• B2B marketing – develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote SISTIC’s products and features.
• Tracking, reporting and analysis – set up goals, analyse performance metrics, consumer and audience behaviours and insights to translate them into marketing strategies.
• Content development around important news, new products and updates.
• Identify opportunities that can differentiate our brand from our competitors, monitor trends, and prospect new digital marketing capabilities that will drive growth.
• Build strong relationship with our media partners and affiliates for strong marketing support.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• 3 years’ working experience across marketing, public relations/communications, and all areas of digital marketing with strong knowledge in SEM, Google Universal Analytics and/or Google Analytics 4, Marketing CRM /automation and CMS platforms.
• Client management skills or agency experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of the marketing funnel, campaign KPIs, and digital conversion strategies.
• Able to manage tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short term needs with long term strategic initiatives.
• Results driven with a keen analytical ability to turn insights into action.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with excellent communication, copy writing, presentation, management, and interpersonal skills.

• Evaluate and implement sales enablement technologies, CRM system and other operational tools to streamline sales operations, improve data visibility and enhance business decision making
• Increase and optimize sales force utilization for corporate CRM and PowerBI dashboard by providing adequate trainings to the SMs/MRs.
• Provide CRM / BI technical support and assistance to Asia countries whenever is required
• Assist in delivering CRM/BI solutions trainings to local admin and sales force as per required
• Assist in UAT for CRM/Power BI dashboard enhancement
• Assist in developing reports for region Asia and country tracking
• Assist in performing data mapping / matching for BI solutions project
• Identify sales and activity data quality issues and provide necessary correction actions as per required
• Work closely with cross-functional departments (sales & marketing) to align sales strategies and business objectives
• Sharing best practices with Asia countries and Global Commercial Operation (whenever applicable)

The Role

· Responsible for the development of company website using Shopify, copy-writing of related articles, photography, maintenance of website products.

· Provide strategy for online shopping platform to encourage more awareness and product sales.

· Work closely with internal design team to brainstorm marketable products.

· Design and create marketing collaterals including online advertisement, videos etc.

· Delivery of digital marketing and offline digital strategies by implementing campaigns that drives footfall to the website, sales conversion and increase customer retention.

· Management of all digital communications including eDMs, social media and Alibaba posting.

· Tracking and measure reports on the performance of website and social media posting.

· Optimize website with SEM/SO strategies.

· Experience in at least 1 or more e-commerce key channels for like Lazada, Shopify, Alibaba etc.

About You

· Diploma in Design/Marketing

· Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in equivalent position

· Advance in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
