Main functions:
The list of activities is subject to changes by management. All the above shall be carried out according to the directives and by the company’s managers.
1) Use of SAP system to manage stock level, PO, and others.
2) Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities.
3) Liaise with the Singapore Team, Supplier, and contractor for order and delivery.
4) Managed Storekeeper.
5) Liaise with forwarder for shipment to and from overseas.
6) Assist the Sales team in terms of creating quotations, and sale orders, and preparing and issuing PO.
Job Requirement:
· Diploma holders or other
· Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
· Ability to prioritize work, well organized and good coordination
· Good communication skills
· Able to start on short notice
· Training will be provided
