• Preparation & Follow-Up of Quotes made to local customers and overseas customers.
• Oversee and execute sales administrative support (Important: provide backorders update to local customers and overseas customer).
• Monitor order status and provide updates to all the customers.
• Arrangement and filing of documents (e.g. Quotation, credit note (CN), sales order confirmation (SO) and etc.)
• Ensure compliance to company policies, financial, process and industrial standards.

Job Requirements

• O Level/Nitec/Diploma holder
• Min. 2 - 4 years in Industrial Sales
• Mandarin speaking to liaise with customers and stakeholders
• Possess Class 3 License with Own Car
