JOB PURPOSE: (Role Summary)

Job Scope:

• Responsible for the supply chain activity, including the purchasing process, placement of orders and delivery arrangement, and logistics coordination.
• Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers for each project's best possible price and delivery time.
• Issue purchase orders (POs) to suppliers for the purchase of mechanical & electrical equipment, spare parts, and other project-related components.
• Expedite and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with forwarding agencies for customs clearance of imports and exports.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Project team to ensure alignment between procurement activities and overall project goals.
• Other supply chain functions include updating timesheets for Project teams and month-end closing submissions.
• Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the project team.

Ideal Experience

Ideally, you should have 3 or more years of experience:

This role offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation and your experience in accounting, tax, HR and financial management. You will form part of a team providing accounting and financial advisory support to a variety of international businesses and wide range of industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily accounting tasks for in-house accounts.
• Check and process employee reimbursement claims.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.
• Prepare monthly meal, entertainment, transportation, and travel report to Management.
• Prepare unaudited financial statements under SFRS and international GAAP.
• Perform monthly payroll processing, which includes monthly payroll, social security administration, statutory filing, year-end adjustments and filing employment income.
• Prepare tax return
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting or relevant discipline or ACCA with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Strong bookkeeping skills.
• Excellent understanding of Finance processes and practices.
• Tech Savvy; you will be required to use Microsoft Excel and other accounting systems.

Requirement

• Minimum of a diploma with no less than 1 year of administration or operation experience, or O/A-level qualifications with no less than 3 years of administration or operation experience preferably with finance and grant applications or claims processing experience
