• To ensure that the Events are well organized and the demands from the clients/unions are met
• To build and maintain good working relationships with external partners and leverage these relationships to deliver memorable events
• To meet deadlines and budgets as set by management.
• To prepare & analyze detailed event reports, including sales data worksheets, cost projections, and other financial metrics
• To assist Jackpot & Clubhouse operations whenever necessary as assigned by Clubhouse Manager, Operations Manager & DY Operations Manager

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar capacity
• Results-orientated with good planning, organizing, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Familiar with Clubhouse operations and the F&B industry at an executive level
• Able to understand financials for the Clubhouse business
• Possess leadership qualities and good people management skills
• Possess strong IT skills
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base.
• Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Involve in directing and sourcing for elements in new business development.

Duties:

• Assist in picking up and answer any phone call on general enquiries
• Meet and greet parents / students / visitors
• Provide proper information about school fees and programs
• General clerical duties
• Create file using Microsoft Office
• Assist in preparation of Expenditure Requisition Forms and obtain price quotations from suppliers
• Purchase items from suppliers for capital expenditures, kitchen, stationary, events, etc
• Responsibility in proper storage of stationary and uniforms
• Send invoices and cheques by post
• Support operational work flow

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma
• Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT savvy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently

Job Description:

• Full Spectrum HR Work duties and administrative support role and advisor to manager in charge
• Work with line managers on manpower requirements, employee relations issues, compensation and benefits matter, HR initiatives, and other HR matters;
• Administration of workmen compensation, MOM reporting, insurance claim, etc;
• Ensure that HR policies and practices are in compliance with prevailing statutory regulations;
• Identify training and development needs of employees and propose training programs;
• Work pass applications, renewals and cancellation;
• Ensure timely update of employees’ database, proper filing system and smooth office administration;
• Process payroll on a timely basis such as computation of monthly salaries and deductions;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or HR related is preferred;
• Preferably 3 years in relevant HR administration role; HR policy planning; HR full spectrum
• Well versed with Singapore Employment Act and labor legislation;
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with key decision makers and various levels of employees;
• Working experience with InfoTech or any HRMS systems;
• Knowledge of payroll, CPF, IRAS, government related latest updates
• Organized and able to take stress
• Prior Construction Background will be preferred
