Job Description:

▪ Attend show rounds or site visits

Responsibilities:

• Preparing incoming/outgoing shipment, inventory management and process customer orders
• Plan and coordinate distribution locally & overseas.
• Communicate with related parties to ensure smooth and timely delivery
• Create all necessary documentation for delivery and update shipment information in database.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistic systems, imports/exports, and customer issues.
• Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
• Prepare reporting as required.
• Any other duties & tasks as assigned

Job Scope

Administration

• Utilise online School Management System to perform the functions of enrolment and payment, attendance tracking, key metrics tracking (e.g. student numbers, withdrawals)
• Simple bookkeeping, issue invoices and receipts using online accounting tool Quickbooks
• Procurement of goods from vendors (e.g. lab equipment, office supplies)
• Provide support to the Teaching Team (e.g. printing and scanning)
• Liaising with external vendors (e.g. photocopier and printing companies)
• Update centre calendar (e.g. meetings, class events)
• Take accurate minutes during meetings
• Draft correspondence such as emails and WhatsApp message

Customer Relations

• Provide prompt response to enquiries / or resolution to customer feedback and requests (via phone / email / WhatsApp / Social Media e.g.: Telegram)
• Confidently and clearly explain Concept First’s programmes to customers
• Proactively build, maintain and enhance relationships with students and parents (via offline and online channels)
• Actively drive student recruitment and enrolment of students
• Assist in generating daily customer inquiries, student enrolment, class attendance and other relevant centre operational statistics reports

Simple Housekeeping

• Upkeep cleanliness of premise (e.g. vacuuming, emptying waste baskets)
• Tidy and disinfect classrooms (as per necessary)
• Simple errands (purchase stationary etc)

Working Hours

• Weekday: Tuesday - Friday, 1pm - 9pm or 10am-6pm
• Saturday or Sundays: 8:30am – 6.30pm
• Rest Days: 1 weekday and 1 weekend
