Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Finance and Investment Manager to join our diverse family office team. The successful candidate will evaluate investment products, assist with portfolio reviews, review accounting books and records, maintain compliance with laws and regulatory requirements in Singapore, and liaise with external service providers including financial institutions, auditors, and tax advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with periodic reviews of the investment portfolio.
• Evaluate financial institutions' investment products.
• Work with investment teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and accounting.
• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for the family office, which includes:
• Reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting with the annual audit process and ensuring financial records are accurate.
• Collaborating with professional firms for annual compliance and tax filings.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and external service providers such as tax advisors, lawyers, and financial institutions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in corporate accounting & finance or similar work experience, including experiences working with local auditing and tax consulting firms;
• Strong knowledge of local (SG) laws and regulatory requirements.
• An independent self-starter who can take on tasks from inception to completion.
• A great communicator who has stellar interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the investment lifecycle from evaluation to closing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To lead the Mechanical team to provide a reliable and resilient M&E infrastructure to support Mediacorp's Business operation. Manage all the M&E certifications such as green mark certification, fire certificate and etc.

Responsibililties

• Manage the M&E team for operating and maintaining the M&E system, including setting up SOP and training roadmaps for team, equipping the appropriate tools to ensure smooth operation and fast recovery.
• Motivate staff to get them upgraded to leverage on the new monitoring and control system to be proactive to fault recovery.
• Rationalize on the maintenance routines and requirement to ensure adequacy, determine inventory projections to ensure uptime repairs, implement corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance for the M&E system to ensure the system's reliability and resiliency meet the demanding business requirements.
• Manage the budget and ensure that the M&E system operates at the most reliable and efficient mode. Must be very familiar with the design of the M&E system in order to make sound decision in minimising system downtime.
• Scoping, sourcing and negotiating with M&E vendors to get the best value of the maintenance contracts.
• Manage the M&E contractors to ensure proper maintenance of the M&E facilities.
• Site Incident Controller (SIC) who will provide command & control of the emergency response incident scene and co-ordinate the activities of all emergency responders, providing support to SCDF for mitigation of the emergency situation and he will be assisted by Deputy SIC.
• Member of the Workplace Health and Safety committee to ensure safe working environment for all staff in Mediacorp.
• Manage all the M&E certification required by authorities such as green mark certification, fire certification and etc.
• Organize resources to provide technical support to all Mediacorp critical events and projects, both internal & external, ensuring that the events and projects were carried out without glitch with the most cost effective solution.
• Governor for cybersecurity for M&E to ensure the M&E systems meet the CII requirements.
• Manage all the projects to ensure they are within approved budget and meet the timelines.

• At least 10 years of practical electrical and mechanical engineering experience in managing and implementing electrical & mechanical systems for critical facilities for telecom, broadcast or data centre buildings.
• At least 5 years supervisory experience in related field.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Job description : Office Manager (50%)

The Office Manager should provide high quality day to day operations of the House of Anli that have Restaurant & Retail. Able to provide a safe, clean, neat and secure working environment at all times, thereby ensuring the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures. Serve as the point person for duties including:

• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
• Mailing & Courier service pick-up/delivery
• Manage contract and pricenegotiations with office vendors, service providers, office lease
• Management of all space planning, moves and in house changes
• Organize office operations and procedures
• Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
• Establish an end-to end process for stationery and pantry supplies order, procurement & fulfilment
• Address employee’s queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
• Partner with Human Resource team to plan in-house or off-site employee activities
• Assist in the onboarding process/general orientation for new hires
