Job Description :

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of key strategic initiatives in the Online and Offline domain for world largest retail/CPG beauty client. Project manager with hands on delivery experience in PIM solutions ( Salisfy or OpenText), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) initiatives are preferred over tradition project manager . The ideal candidate will possess hands-on delivery experience and the ability to drive cross-functional projects from conception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for D2C and B2B initiatives in the Retail/CPG domain.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance

• Responsible for accurate financial and statutory reporting to ensure timely monthly closing.
• Manage Treasury and cash management matters.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA or Equivalent
• Minimum 5-6 years of related working experience, preferably in Healthcare (Audit experience will be an advantage)

  • Coordinate internally within Veolia to finalise solutions (cost, treatment routes and for special waste that requires special handling) for the customer’s most difficult waste problems 

  • Prepare quotation/ proposals to customers showcasing Veolia’s capabilities in Toxic Industrial Waste treatment in Singapore

  • Be customer’s point of contact for all matters (commercial and technical) with support from the technical team if necessary 

• Lead, gather and consolidate market information on the toxic industrial waste market in Singapore 

  • Market research of new opportunities, new plants, new potential customer

Position Overview:

Product Localization and Development

• Own product assortment in new distributor markets (Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and new market), including configurations, color, features & benefits

JOB SCOPE

Guest Relations Officer will assist the Front Office Manager in providing good customer service to guests and walk in guests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Attend to guests enquiries, complaints and follow up on the complaints made by guests.

2. Assist in attending to guests check in and check out as and when needed when there is a shortage of manpower for the Front Desk Reception Officer.

3. Escort guests to their allocated guest rooms and show them the amenities in the room.

4. Periodically check lobby elevators, door and front driveway to ensure it is not overcrowded.

Fundraising

- Increasing donations; identify and qualify prospective donors.

- Support fundraising through special projects/ initiatives and solicit gifts as appropriate.

- Conduct Donor research and build a fundraising pipeline.
