The Ocean Freight Procurement Manager Asia assumes ownership for the whole freight negotiation process on all Asia lanes for HillebrandGori. With a footprint of over 15,000 TEUs, responsibilities include:

• Reporting to Group Ocean Freight Procurement, support all Asia offices (import & export) in securing their ocean transport needs; work with internal departments, sales, operations, across multiple business lines to anticipate requirements and implement procurement action accordingly.

Required competencies

Job Description:

You will be required to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the brand's image and marketing objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and developing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives.

· Oversee the brand's positioning and development, ensuring that it aligns with the brand's image and values.

· Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and social media marketing, advertising, and promotions.

· Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth.

· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs and media outlets.

· Work with the creative team to develop marketing collaterals, videos and social content.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and promotions.

· Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and use analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand positioning and development in a retail environment

· Strong knowledge of digital and social media marketing platforms.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong project management and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.

· A strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in the fashion or footwear industry is a plus.

Job Description:

• Promote the implementation of sales management policies and systems throughout the network and provide support
• Assist in completing the setting and decomposition of sales management indicators
• Monitor sales management indicators and assist in analyzing the causes of abnormal indicators
• Establish and improve the sales analysis and management evaluation methodology, and implement promotion training, and regularly analyze and output sales work reports based on the methodology, find problems, put forward improvement suggestions, and follow up the results
• Promote the implementation of the sales assessment and reward system for business promotion projects, and effectively motivate the performance of the sales team

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree is required, logistics management major is preferred
• Possess rich theoretical knowledge in data statistics and analysis
• 5 years and above experience in the transportation or logistics industry
• Strong data analysis skills
• Good communication skills
