Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of two warehouses, encompassing 6,000 square meters of outdoor space and 14,600 square meters of indoor space, while leading a team of 10 warehouse personnel.
• Ensure strict adherence to legal, customs, and industry certifications/standards for local, bonded, and licensed warehousing, as well as material handling, shipping requirements, and safety regulations. Stay informed about existing and new legislation, advising senior management on necessary actions.
• Drive warehouse operations by coordinating two core teams: material handling, customer service, and records keeping. Maintain smooth coordination of receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations in accordance with established plans.
• Collaborate closely with key customer leaders and internal departments to plan workflow, adapt to changes, drive improvement initiatives, and swiftly resolve any issues.

You will be responsible for the Garden’s car parking and auto barrier system, buggy maintenance, and assist in cleaning and refuse management contracts. You will be expected to oversee the daily operations of managing agents and contractors in accordance to contract requirements and schedules, as well as liaise with other departments on the gardens’ operational needs. You will assist to roll out the new gardens' cleaning contract. The works involve coordinating with internal / external customers on requirements and execution of implementation including SMART devices and technologies that are possible to assist in productivity. You will be tasked to assist in supporting facilities assigned by Management and ensure operationally viable solutions, as well as maintain proper records for these facilities. You will have to plan for regular maintenance of these facilities and equipment to ensure that they are in their proper working condition.

The Podiatrist Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management of all clinic operations with a primary focus on customer management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Integration

• Create a smooth transition for the new podiatry unit at UFIT-integrating into the existing UFIT processes and systems, and maximizing collaboration with UFIT staff members.
• Identifying opportunities for efficiencies in the UFIT processes as they are introduced into the podiatry system.

Patient Experience Management

• Ensure that every patient has a seamless and positive experience from the moment they schedule an appointment to their post-visit follow-up.
• Implement strategies to ehnance patient engagement and loyalty.

Staff Supervision

• Oversee and provide guidance to adminstrative and front desk staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Process Improvement
