Responsibilities :
1. Client Relationship Management*:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand and anticipate client needs to ensure satisfaction with our Build and Move products.
2. Product Management and Development*:
- Oversee the lifecycle of the Build and Move products, from development to deployment and feedback incorporation.
- Work closely with the product development team to align product features with market needs and client expectations.
3. Sales and Business Growth*:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to expand the client base for the Build and Move products.
- Develop strategies for market penetration and growth, setting and achieving sales targets.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting*:
- Regularly analyze product performance against key metrics and objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on product performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
5. Customer Feedback and Service Improvement*:
- Actively seek and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product and service enhancement.
- Implement action plans for continuous improvement in collaboration with relevant teams.
6. *Team Coordination and Leadership*:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, R&D, and customer support, to ensure cohesive effort and success of the products.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team members involved in the Build and Move products.
Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, product management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and financial reports.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
