Primary Responsibilities
· Manage the operations of the social and recreation activities pool, gym, multi propose room, fitness studio, Business Centre and Members Lounge/Events venue.
· Drive the team to meet and exceed agreed revenue targets through a creative approach to delivering creative and interesting programs (e.g., swimming, fitness, tennis, lifestyle, etc).
· Recruit, Manage, Lead, coach and train team members for continuous developments through Daily Summary, monthly departmental meetings, one on one, and organized scheduled trainings.
· Assist in developing and initiating adult and children activities and events.
· In charge of maintenance and cleanliness of all the Pool’s umbrella, sun-bed and cabana including Gym, Tennis Courts, Golf Putting Course, Multi-Purpose Room and Fitness Studio.
· Achieve the Social & Recreation Club's annual budget and be accountable for maintaining and operating within financial targets as well as net movement.
· Ensure members and guests receive friendly and consistent personalized service from all team members.
· Ensure that government health and safety regulations are complied with at all times and the club rules are observed by members, clients and guests.
· Responsible to ensure that facilities are compliant with the safe management measures or other regulations aligned with governments initiative or requirements.
· Regularly monitor all equipment for the proper functioning in the Social and Recreation facilities and fitness club area to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and safety.
· You are required to demonstrate leadership quality and initiative in all areas.
· Any other duties as assign as and when by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Must have minimum of 2-years management or supervisory experience.
· Able to commit to 5 day’s work week including weekends.
· Must be able to occasionally work outdoors.
· Excellent organizational and planning skills.
· Be able to work with children.
· Computer literacy is a must including Microsoft and Google applications and Online Booking systems.
· Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Sports Management is preferred.
· Certification in First Aid/AED is an advantage
