RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Engagement and Development

• Strategise and lead community engagement framework that would develop our community of volunteers and supporters who wish to be part of our mission
• Serve as a trusted ambassador to oversee and manage our network of individuals, schools, corporations, associations, clubs and community partners to support our programmes and fundraising activities

Fundraising

• Steward and grow partnerships with potential for outright and in-kind donations; working closely with our Fundraising Manager
• Research and apply for grant opportunities that are applicable to scope of work
• Search of resources and funding that could enhance the community engagement strategy

Evaluation and Reports

• Ensure that the programmes and activities meet the performance indicators (KPIs) for community engagement, volunteer management and fundraising as recommended by NCSS, MOH and MOE (where schools may be involved)
• Effective budget planning and allocation to maximise resources while adhering to approved budgets for costs and expenditure of activities
• Monitor and measure performance (KPIs) to optimise results against programme goals
• Collect community programme analytics and data – including feedback, testimonials and surveys — for impact evaluation and annual report assessment
• Research and analyse what other similar social service agencies and charities are doing locally and internationally
• Submit monthly and quarterly reports and assessment, and provide solutions to improve our strategies

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology or related field
• 3+ year experience in community engagement, volunteer management, social service programme planning or related field
• Previous experience working or volunteering in non-profit or social service agencies a plus
• Highly resourceful with strong interpersonal and communications skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong in strategy planning and organisational skills

> Keep and update weekly routine performances and managing calenders.

> Assisting with the development and distribution of PR materials, including brochures, pamphlets, newsletters, and videos.

> Negotiating contracts for local and foreign performing artists.

> Handling interpersonal conflicts between artists, such as band members.

> In charge of the administration of performing artists including reporting to the management.

> Working hours are from 5pm to 2am.

Job Requirements

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment.

Able to work independently and under time pressure.

Possess good attitude, self-motivated, result oriented, flexible and adaptable to changes positively.

Has prior experience as performing artists would be an advantage.
