Responsibilities

Procurement Compliance Analytics

• Monitor and analyze procurement activities to identify potential anomalies / risks, monitoring and analyzingprocurement processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies, procedures, andrelevant regulations.
• Perform regular data validation / pre audit review to maintain high data quality.

• Collaborate with procurement teams, finance, operations, and other stakeholders to gather relevant data, and identify and rectify areas of non-compliance for corrective actions.
• Suggest process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness

Procurement Performance Management

• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency ofprocurement operations.
• Analyze procurement performance data and suggest processimprovements and innovative solutions to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

Spend Analytics

• Utilize data analysis tools to analyze and interpret procurement spend data.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and collaboratewith procurement teams to implement strategies for spending optimization.

Procurement Sustainability Reporting

• Drive initiatives to increase user awareness on green procurement practices.
• Facilitatethe preparation of procurement data for sustainability reporting to Management and Temasek.

Any additional projects / tasks assigned

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement analytics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data findings to non-technicalstakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance is a plus.
• Knowledge in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and reporting framework will be advantageous

• Responsible for the development and optimization of global first-line products, including global brands, Japanese department store products, beauty, liquor, etc.
• Manages the quality control of purchased goods and oversees risk factors such as supplier scale, credit, and payment methods.
• Completes other tasks assigned by the leadership in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, working proficiency in English.
• At least 2 years related experience.
• Background in international trade, logistics management, supply chain management, or related industries.
• Possesses overseas supplier resources with strong business development capabilities.
• Familiar with the pricing trends of well-known brands, preferably with experience in developing overseas import suppliers for renowned brands.

Job Description

• Arrangement of Inward and outward logistic with freight forwarders.
• Prepare commercial invoice, packing list, tax invoices, delivery orders and general documentation.
• Keep track & notify respective personal for stock arrival.
• Ensure accurate stocks received.
• Update of inventory listing (for demo & sales/service delivery orders).
• Maintain inventory storage in proper locations.
• Perform monthly stock take.
• Planning and keep track of logistical movement to ensure smooth delivery.
• Investigate and resolve deliveries that are late or have discrepancies.
• Perform administrative and office support activities.
• Handle incoming calls and receive guest.
• Other general ad-hoc task where required.
