The Operation Manager, Food and Beverage assists the Assistant Director, Food and Beverage to lead the Food and Beverage operations, by ensuring and maintaining the strategic and tactical positioning as a world class operation. The position is responsible for supervising the overall success of the day to day operations by adhering to the standards, the long term positioning as well as achieving all established KPI’s in the areas of revenue/profit, cost and expense management, quality commitment, team morale, recruitment of the best international and local talent as well as ensuring and upholding the innovative and creative reputation of the division.

Primary Responsibilities

Oversees Daily Operations and Achieves Targets

Requirements:

• Expertise in developing and executing strategic plans.

• Strong financial and business insight to drive decisions.
