• Design and formulate learning and development framework based on the needs of the organization and the staff

Jobs Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize HR data to improve data quality and ensure accuracy across various modules in the HR system.
• Develop and implement data standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and integrity across all HR data
• Work closely with HR functional stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements, address data related challenges and support HR processes
• Work with IT team to troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring seamless integration and operation of HR platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve data related processes and workflows, ensuring that data management practices evolve with business needs

Job Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Analytics or HR data governance and documentation management
• Strong understanding in HR data structures, processes and compliance requirements
• Experience in data optimization and new HR system roll out projects is a plus
• Experience in Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP and other HR platforms is a plus
