Retail Operations Executive

About this role:

The Retail Operations Executive is a part of the Commercial team within the Novelas organization.

As a Retail Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our retail stores. You will work closely with the cross functional teams to store performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of retail operations, including inventory management and process improvement.

What does success look like?

Inventory Management:

• Oversee and optimize inventory levels, ensure products are adequately stocked, minimizing overstock, and reducing instances of stockouts.
• Implement inventory control procedures to reduce shrinkage and ensure accurate stock counts.

Store Performance:

• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess store performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to create an attractive shopping environment.

Process Improvement:

Qualifications:

Job Scope:

To provide administrative support to the Commercial Leasing Department by assisting officers with tenancy administration. Duties include the following:

The Revenue Analyst supports and maintains accuracy, and enhances the Revenue Management systems of the organisation/property to increase the daily productivity for the team.

With the ability in statistical data analysis and interpretation, he/she assists to maximise revenue and grow RevPAR Index for the organisation. He/She is responsible to analyse reports, market segment performances, demand and track inventory for the optimal mix of business. • Assist in School-Wide Operation of Audio-Visual Facilities
• Provide AV technical support to staff to facilitate the delivery of lessons, CCA, exams, meetings and at school events and functions
• Set-up AV facilities in rooms and venues for lectures, exams, school events and functions
• Set-up and perform live streaming and video-conferencing
• Plan and implement sound integrative AV operating procedures in the school

Accounting

• Responsible in handling full sets of accounts

• Prepare monthly trade receivables or trade payables statement of accounts

• Preparation and monitoring of monthly cashflow statement
