Minor points:

Update employee records, as well as manage various HR documents and internal databases, such as holiday and leave administration. You will act as the first port of call to our employees for all HR related queries. As a priority, HR administrators will handle the full spectrum of HR operations activities. Core responsibilities include employee documentation, contracts, letters, payroll administration, recruitment & onboarding & starter packs etc. A good understanding and knowledge of employment law and ensuring the HR department conforms to these is key. Assisting with any other administrative tasks as and when they arise may be necessary, including helping with travel arrangements at time.

· Previous HR ops/admin experience is essential, but not necessarily within the HR sector.

· Being organised and able to prioritise is vital, as is having good communicative and relationship building skills, as you will work with various people across the whole business.

Qualifications & Skills

· Experience as a HR administrator, HR IT (SAP HCM)

· Understanding various HR software systems, like HRMS, SAP (PH1), FIORI

· Computer literate with programmes such as word, excel, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve high standards of safe and pollution-free operations of vessels by ensuring that company policies related to Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality Assurance (HSEQA) are effectively implemented
• You will be responsible for the overall Management of assigned vessels. This will include close communication with all stakeholders, compliance with owners and charterers requirements, close monitoring of Marine and Technical Operations, Daily maintenance and repairs, Budgeting and control, Surveys, certification, Inspections and Docking.
• Keep abreast of international regulations / legal requirements and ensure assigned vessels comply with these.
• Provide Technical assistance and advice to ships.
• Carry out periodical technical and operational compliance audits and ensure the vessel is always operational-ready.
• Assist in investigations of all insurance-related matters.
• Liaise closely with the Procurement team for sourcing technical and operational supplies required at the most economical and competitive rates.

• Monitor and ensure that all applicable vessel certifications are valid, and surveys/renewals are planned well in time
• Ensure fleet vessels performance is within charter party requirements and Company goals.

• This position required frequent travel overseas and estimated up to 120 days or more travel to attend vessels in various ports worldwide.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Educational Qualification should be at least Graduate Engineer and holder of COC Class 1 (Unlimited FG).
• Must have sailed as Chief Engineer on (Tanker - Bulk / Oil / Crude / Chemical / LNG / LPG ) or Dry Vessels ( Bulk Careers / Containers).
• Minimum 3 years experience in Senior Officer Rank on Foreign Going Tanker Vessels.
• Proficient in PMS, ISM, PSC, Flag & Class requirements.
• Preferably not have changed companies during last 5 years.
• Previous working experience of at least 1 year handling Foreign Going vessels as Technical Superintendent.

Account Receivable Executive

5 days, 9am-6pm

Job scope:

• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivables activities
• Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
• Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
