Our client is a company which is a leading AV system integrator in the region.

Job Responsibilities:

General

• Liaise with vendors on order management issues.
• Liaise with HODs to resolve operational issues such as order management, site delivery issues.
• Ensure and monitor tender administration is done accurately and on schedule.
• Sales Order Processing for Key Account, including issuance of Purchase Order and Delivery Order
• Perform monthly cost report and tracking of ongoing jobs.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Operations Support

• To ensure timely login of sales orders and processing for all sales.
• To handle sales login for Key Account customers, including issuance of Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
• To liaise with vendors to resolve all lead-time issues of equipment and negotiation of project prices and payment terms.
• To monitor project status and forecast project risks and take preventive measures.
• To work closely with Finance Team on invoicing status and cashflow projections
• To ensure all suppliers’ price book are updated and made available to the sales team.
• To ensure inventory are all accounted for and always kept to minimum.
• To ensure all maintenance contracts are recorded in systems and information always made available to Services Sales and Post Sales team.
• To ensure a smooth and efficient sales handover process to project and project to post sales.

Tender Administration

• To ensure and monitor that all tender submissions are submitted on time and with quality.
• To assist in tender administration as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Experience with order management / supply chain management in a project-based company.
• Strong interpersonal skills, such as face-to-face, email, phone-based communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Diploma in any discipline
• Min 1 year experience in similar role

• Receive guests in a friendly, professional and timely manner
• Respond promptly and professionally to guests’ needs, questions and concerns
• Respond within 24 hours to any reservations, group and/or social event booking via the respective systems and communicating it to respective departments for further follow-up

Job Title: Trade Marketing Assistant Manager/ Executive (ID8122)
Location: Lakeside
Working Hour: 5 days work Monday-Friday 9am – 6pm

Job Description:
• Assist the Marketing Director in supporting the sales team (Retail and Food Service) with promotional activities and campaigns by providing logistical support, coordinating agencies and materials, and ensuring the timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Assist the Marketing Director in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company's own core brands and third-party brands.
• Manage relationships with 3rd party brand partners, coordinating marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Develop advertising and promotional materials for various channels, including digital, print and social media.
• Collaborate with sales team to develop sales support materials, trade decks, retail in-store point of sales materials, online sponsored ads and product catalogues.
• Manage marketing budget and activation
• Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to showcase the company’s product and services.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales within the retail showroom.
• Execute showroom-specific marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives aimed at attracting potential customers and enhancing the retail experience.
• Oversee retail merchandising efforts, ensuring that products are displayed effectively to attract customers and optimize sales.
• Manage ongoing maintenance and updates for mobile apps (eg Food Service CRM, Food Service ordering app, Merchandiser App) with external agency. This include bug fixes, feature enhancements, platform optimization.
• Monitor app performance, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile apps. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs to enhance overall user experience.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to communicate sales and marketing performance.

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business/ Marketing.
• At least 2-3 years of FMCG trade marketing and/or marketing experience
• Prior experience in trade marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.

Job Description

• Office administrative duties including courier, provide clerical support on daily operation, including filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.

Job Requirement
