• Carry out scheduled maintenance program (preventive, predictive, repair, corrective and replacement) and other work assignments as per Customer's approved SOPs and organization’s safety and qualityrequirements for the Process Equipment Engineering Project.
• Coordinate with External Third-Party (3P) vendors to support various services (calibration, PM,Qualification, repairs)
• Provide 1st level service support limited to specified utilities related to Process Equipment EngineeringProject, which include water systems, compressed air and vacuum, to maintain them within operating level and tolerance.
• Ensure accurate documentation creation, management, updates and tracking of services rendered in this program.
• Respond as per on-site service request guidelines to ad-hoc Service requests triggered by Laboratory End Users within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Support Team Lead in daily customer site operation and activities including, but not limited to:
• Identify and report deviations from established product or process standards and provide recommendations for resolving deviations.
• Diagnose and resolve difficult process and equipment interactions to maintain system readiness.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts, especially those related to Quality Control and Quality assurance.
• Maintain inventory supply of parts and consumables.
• Maintain accurate documentation of changes in SOPs, blueprints, drawings, and specification for newly installed and/or modified systems and equipment.
• May need to work outside regular office hours to support necessary maintenance work to minimize disruption to daily operation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• A Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fields would be preferred
• Able to start work on short notice

- Strong Project Management skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors, via follow strictly with the company's KPI set in Singapore and other South-East Asia markets

- Ability to communicate in Chinese

- Prior experience in a managerial role is a plus

• Analyse and review product requirements, follow up on implementation processes, and proactively expose risks and avoid issues.

• Timely report game bugs, follow up on fixes, deeply understand bug causes, summarise experiences, and continuously improve project output quality.
• Actively identify and drive the resolution of progress, process, and quality risk issues in projects.
• Proficiently use Linux engine tools, plan data configuration checks, art resource checks, etc., in testing work.
• Documentation: Document test results, automation frameworks, and testing processes to maintain comprehensive records and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior QA team members on automation testing best practices, tools, and techniques.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of game testing experience. Experience in the complete development and launch of large-scale game projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with client-side, server-side, automation frameworks, engines, security, etc., in one or more specialised testing areas is preferred.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, Java, PHP, with a focus on automation scripting and test automation development.
• Experience with continuous integration/delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Proficient in spoken and writing English & Chinese (due to inherent nature of our business/ subsidiary in China and able to communicate with suppliers from time to time)
