The Department and position

The department is responsible for development and maintenance of Capital Market applications used by worldwide users.

The DATA and Regulatory Reporting section within Capital Markets IT division is responsible for the delivery and monitoring of various Pre & Post Trade transactional reporting covering various regulations - MIFID, SFTR, EMIR, APAC regulatory bodies. The team is in charge of internal transactional exchanges to regulatory authorities, as well as quality control and remediation frameworks for regulatory data reported to external regulators in support of our business activities.

General Overview

General Description

The Air Pricing Specialist will work closely with APAC countries, Air Procurement, Regional Pricing counterparts, Key Account Management and Business Development on the pricing aspect of the RFQ.

Key Tasks

The individual is responsible for:

• Analyzing RFQ materials and quotation forms
• Working with Sales to understand bidding focus and pricing strategy while ensuring/clarifying that all conditions of the tender are satisfied. This includes also understanding the customer’s needs and pain points.

KEY ACTIVITY

• This position is responsible for Implementing the quality audit and compliance monitoring system to assure the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) processes and procedures are being followed, capable of delivering safe aviation products and in compliance with the SAR Part 145.
• Assume the position of Safety Manager and implement the safety management system for the AMO.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Assisting the Accountable Manager to develop improved methods and procedures for the performance of quality assurance and safety management functions.
• Assisting, supervising and directing all personnel nominated to be certifying staff for the AMO.
• Establishing and maintaining the requirements for initial and recurrent training for personnel involved in the maintenance and preventive maintenance of aviation products.
• Assessing and authorizing suitably qualified personnel to perform inspection functions for the AMO.
• Issuing SAR-145 certification authorizations to suitably qualified personnel to issue the certificates of release to service for the products or parts maintained by the AMO.
• Maintaining the AMO rosters and ensuring that changes in job personnel or job duties are reflected on the roster.
• Ensuring the training and qualification records of the AMO personnel are kept securely and orderly.
• Ensuring the maintenance organization exposition (MOE) and Safety Management System (SMS) manual are current and accurate, updating CAAS on all revisions status.
• Liaising with CAAS and/or any certification bodies, e.g. ISO 9001, ASA, etc. on matters relating to the quality system and safety management system.
• Reporting safety related occurrences that fall under the mandatory occurrence reporting criteria to the CAAS and conducting safety investigation as required.
• Conducting surveillance on the AMO facilities, procedures, and the availability of proper inspection records, reports, and forms used by the AMO are available to all inspection personnel.
• Ensuring procedures used in the procurement and receipt of aircraft parts are effective to detect "bogus" and "unapproved" parts from entering the parts system, and any such parts are detected before their use.
• Ensuring periodic checks are made on all inspection tools and the calibration of precision equipment used by the AMO including the current records of those inspections and tests are maintained.
• Determining all technical data on components overhauled or repaired by the AMO are kept current with latest revisions. This data includes manufacturer's overhaul manuals, service bulletins, part specifications, related CAAS approved data, and other technical data used by the AMO.
• Maintaining and keeping current a regulatory library including the applicable CAAS aviation regulations and airworthiness directives.
• Establishing and maintaining the capability listing of the aviation products in accordance with the CAAS approval ratings held by the AMO.
• Providing the necessary technical documents to the customers and storage of the AMO technical records.
• Performing safety management duties as required by the Accountable Manager

• Responsible for overall Quality Engineering strategy development and providing oversight and control for quality engineering functions at Small Ag & turf Asia Manufacturing factories.
• Responsible for setting quality engineering goals for the Small Ag & turf Manufacturing Asia.
• Directs and controls new product introduction process from quality engineering perspective at Small Ag & turf Asia Manufacturing factories.
• Reviews qualify performance for the units on regular frequency.
• Guides Small Ag & Turf Asia factories to develop and implement ISO standard processes in alignment with internal Quality and Production System requirements.
• Communicates with Product Support and Marketing organizations to understand the customer sentiments.

• Develop, advance, and close business pipelines, AI bookings, and growth.
• Own executive relationships with key customers. Manage teams that are focused on C-level engagements coupled with scale and growth opportunities.
• Support your team to build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the AI Subject Matter Expert, and influence long-term strategic direction for new and existing customers, as well as the Google Cloud Field Sales Representative (FSR) and Customer Engineer (CE) teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience selling IT solutions to companies.
• Experience leading and scaling teams in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in working with engineers and customer technical leads to build business cases and accompanying plans for implementation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in leadership, growing and scaling Sales organizations.
• Experience and deep understanding selling the AI technology stack.
• Experience working with product teams and an understanding of how to embed our technology into their product set.
• Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud and Google Cloud AI offerings.
• Ability to effectively engage and influence executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in AI.
