What Do You Need:

• ISTQB, CSQA, CSTP or other relevant certification is an added advantage

This position is responsible for

— To assist Quality Management by providing oversight for Quality on-the-floor and operations support.

— Escalate any significant event to Quality management in a timely manner.

— To support operations to ensure compliance with GMP guidelines/ rules/regulations.

— Responsible for quality management system matters.

Responsibilities:

• Perform review of Lab analysis results on final product to ensure compliance to customer requirement.
• Support Quality Systems and ensure effective use of Quality Tools for activities related to Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice.
• Assist in the writing/co-ordination of SOPs and manage the administration of SOPs.

Product Knowledge

After every business trip, he/she prepares and submits a trip report to supervisor and country area manager indicating the activities done, recommended action/s, person/s responsible, and other important information which management ought to know. Once prepared, he/she is responsible to ensure that these recommended actions are disseminated to the people concerned for proper implementation. Outcome of the said action/s should be followed up by him/her.

Requirements

• Diploma in Medical Technology or equivalent
• 5 years in Medical Technology practice
