1. Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure invoices are recorded in accounting system.
2. Liaise with procurement department, internal stakeholders or vendors to resolve any discrepancies.
3. Proficiency in Accounts Payable process flow and able to read contract / agreement as part of the process flow.
4. Responsible to post invoices in accounting system and upload payment into bank portal.
5. Review petty cash by project site office.
6. Responsible to schedule for payment cycle to vendors and support cash forecast estimates relating to payments.

A Day in the Life

• Leads the QA function to ensure quality system development and compliance with FDA's Quality System Regulation, 13485, MDD / EU MDR, and other quality requirements.

Must Have
