POSITION: Project Manager / Account Manager for a Market Research Company in Singapore.

Position Summary: Efficiently manage operations for our prestigious client accounts by ensuring optimal utilization of resources, and thus delivering high-quality data to clients as per agreed timelines.

Position Requirements:

Client management:

1. Act as a single point of contact for clients to maintain the relationship
2. Get trained on BARE systems/reports for clients
3. Responsible for end to end project delivery i.e. development, optimization & delivery of client projects
4. Build reports and set up the questionnaire(s) in close consultation with the client & project management.
5. Masters and maintains knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
6. Giving value-added recommendations & solutions to clients.
7. Should be able to manage client escalation and concerns seamlessly

Project Management:

1. Planning and allocation of resources effectively
2. To identify Operational/ Fieldwork issues and recommend solutions
3. Interact and co-ordinate with resource teams, Operations & Editing Teams to ensure agreed service levels
4. Follow up and control project quality by spot-checking
5. Will be required to work on various tools and platforms for program management
6. Should have basic Excel knowledge for project tracking purposes

Cost control:

1. Monitors agency/client budgets and billing process
2. Commercial focus of changes and impact on costing & client fees
3. Should be familiar with project budgeting, invoicing and vendor management

  Notify Group Security of any travel to high security risk areas and above.
  Ensure that travellers are advised of any destination risks they are travelling to
  Set up a framework to risk assess staff group travel and incentive travel and ensure that concentration risk is being managed
  Provide group travel information to Group Security in a timely manner
  Manage the Travel Insurance Policy and be the point of contact for any claims process
  Maintain an updated listing of all travellers (both Corporate and FCs) of the locations (including hotel locations)
  Develop and maintain travel emergency protocols
  Work with teams managing Group Travel for Agency or Corporate to ensure compliance to policy and that trips are properly risk assessed
  Manage and monitor all emergency incidents and report to Group Security and Resilience Team

• Ensure timely delivery of engagement communications with customers.
• Drive business goals through digital marketing cross-sell campaigns targeting existing segment customers and upgrading customers.
• Work closely with various business units and functions to ensure smooth implementation of HNW & Affluent campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Events team to conceptualize and plan go-to-market brand campaign and experiential events to engage and acquire targeted customers.
• Analyse and monitor campaigns performance and continuously refine projects for improvement and align to the needs of the customers
• Manage campaign budgets and perform financial forecasting to ensure KPIs are on track.

An opportunity exists for financial services tax consultants / lawyers to join our growing Deloitte Singapore financial services tax advisory and compliance practice. Our team is diverse and includes accountants, lawyers and economists. Our team members have broad experience, which includes law firm and / or in-house corporate tax experience. A number of the team have worked in other markets (such as Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the UK and the US). We strive to learn from each other and leverage our respective experiences.

The team focuses across financial services sector (i.e., banking and capital markets, insurance, investment management and real estate) as well as emerging areas such as digital assets, fintech and carbon credit trading. The work that we are undertake is varied and ranges from tax compliance to fund structuring, financing transactions, global information reporting, securities taxes and tax disputes. We lead the delivery of regional and global engagements from Singapore.

Responsibilities will include preparation of tax computations, assisting with tax research, assisting with the preparation of tax advice, preparation of proposals and presentations, and assisting with business development.

Successful candidates can expect a diverse range of financial services tax advisory and compliance work as well as regional and international tax project experience.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or other business-related field, with a Professional Qualification as recognized by ISCA; An SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage.

• You should ideally have at least 1 to 3 years of business tax experience, preferably with an international accounting or law firm.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
