· Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.

· Proactively engage customers and build good rapport through understanding of students and their progress development.

ROLE: Responsible for GMP-compliant quality control tests of cell products

JOB SCOPE:

1. Performing quality control tests for clinical materials (cell therapy products) according to GMP standards.
2. Work with the Cell Manufacturing & Quality Assurance Team.
3. Ensuring GMP compliance is maintained at all times.
4. Be accountable for the highest level of execution of regulatory strategies, and standards of quality compliance.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience in quality control tests of biologics or immune cell products, previous quality test experience of CAR-T/TCR-T/NK cell products is highly desired.
2. Experience in regulatory filing with FDA/HSA is desired.
3. Familiar with regular testing methods such as sterility/mycoplasma/endotoxin detection, flow cytometry analysis; Cytokine measurement assays; qPCR assays; etc.
4. Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills.
5. Project management experiences.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor & more advanced degree in cell biology /biomedical sciences or in a similar medical technology related field.

General Overview

As a key member of the LNG Market and Business Solutions Team, the incumbent will be required to work on commercial activities to drive the growth of LNG Bunkering services. This involves planning, leading and executing various initiatives related to managing existing contracts with the customers of the terminal, and developing, structuring and leading to fruition new infrastructure projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:

Lead commercial offerings including deal framing and deal delivery

• Manage existing LNG Bunkering contracts with key accounts to maintain customer relationships, and resolves issues with contracts and commercial operations;
• Market and drive growth of terminal LNG Bunkering services;
• Build relationships with customers to establish new contracts and work with cross functional team to conclude deals;
• Conduct supply chain analysis & liaise closely with the analyst on product flows to support business models and test the robustness of business cases;
• Lead engagements and negotiations with external stakeholders including regulator, deal counter-parties and other market participants.

Project manage and lead commercial support of LNG Bunkering infrastructure projects from inception through various project development stages until award of EPC contract (FID)

• Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, monitor progression (actions and budget) and realise LMBS Bunkering projects in line with agreed quality, timeline, and budget;
• Support and execute business development activities (including Storage and LNG Bunkering Reloading) according to the business strategy, business plan and budget;
• Develop with assistance from legal counsels (internal/external) to prepare (JV) partner contracts including MOU’s and HOA’s; drive negotiation and after management approval execution of the contract;
• Develop a matrix to monitor and ensure that all projects are developed and executed according to the guidelines, project KPIs & budget allocated;
• Work closely with the Finance team to establish project economics for potential business opportunities.

Manage other activities that have commercial / value implications for the company from time to time.

Work Experiences

• Minum 3 years of relevant experience in tank storage, LNG & gas or shipping industry is strongly preferred.
