Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in ACMV works
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in Software with strong understanding of drawings
• Fluent in ACMV knowledge and installation – CHWP, VRV, VRF systems
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC s ystems, including design, installation and maintenance
• Familiarity with ACMV engineering principles, industry standards and regulations
• Knowledge of project management methodologies , tools and techniques
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytic al and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues

Proven experience in retail operational leadership or similar role
