• Work with HR and external tax advisor to review and manage IRAS tax submissions such as Form C, IR8A and GST
• Liaise with lawyers and corporate secretary for legal related matters.
• Assist in ad-hoc and administrative duties when necessary.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience
• Degree in Accounting or other accounting qualification, preferably with Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accreditation
• Team player, strong work ethic and attention to detail, with ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Tax Manager

A key member of the management team and your role involves:

• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Overseeing the tax team including coaching and mentoring team members
• Reviewing and approving income tax computations and returns
• Reviewing and approving GST returns
• Assisting clients in resolving various tax issues with the IRAS
• Provide tax advisory services
• Perform tax due diligence reviews

Candidate should possess:

• Possess a degree qualification in Accounting
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in corporate tax and GST, preferably from an accounting firm
• Good knowledge on Singapore tax legislations and guidelines
• Leadership qualities
• People and client service-oriented personality
• Analytical mind and meticulous with a keen attention to details
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential business opportunities and diligently pursue to successfully close sales.
• Cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with both new and existing customers, as well as other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers to uphold quality standards.
• Formulate proposals and deliver impactful sales presentations.
• Deliver consistent reports to the management team, detailing market trends, customer movements, and sales activities.
