This position will be based in Singapore and be accountable to continue and escalate the established sales growth within assigned territories within the Asia region.

He/She will reports to the Senior Sales Manager to Increase the sales growth within the defined territories

Provide Sales quotations with product specifications

Workout Cost of Sales

Development of distribution network

Maintain a strong working relationship with the distribution network

Develop and maintain good contact with major rental companies

Assist the dealers with commercial and technical support

Assist the dealers to forecast and plan the requirements to allow continuing sales with the view to increase overall sales volumes

Work together with global product department on their various initiatives like NPDC, IPD, IPC etc.

Work together with Marketing Department on specific promotional activities like new product launch, marketing literature.

Give feedback on market assessments

Main Responsibilities

Retail Performance

· Fully responsible on Retail network P&L.

· Ensure budget and targets achievement for sales and profitability. Drive strategic performance KPIs.

· Identify priority actions to achieve targets and business growth.

· Strict cooperation with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising to ensure business increment, brand image and market competence.

Talent Management & Development

· Ensure the set-up of the correct organization in all boutiques: right talents in the right role, correct hiring, career, retention and succession plans.

· Support on identifing talent development needs and provide trainings in collaboration with HR, Area retail directors and Training teams

· Lead and develop team members, providing daily coaching with close follow-up on projects & objectives

· Enforce digital transformation to optimize overall operations

· Constantly share the vision, strategy and values and engage the teams

Client Development

· Ensure the implementation of a clienteling couture mindset and service: consolidated clienteling routine to reach CRM KPIs (recruitment, retention, upgrading); develop partnership opportunities in the market for VIC recruitment.

· Contribute to the overall Client strategy by providing commercial performance insights and identifying the relevant client communities.

· Represent and act as an Ambassador of the Maison and the Regions during international and local events and with VIP client.

· Align retail directors and store managers on company strategy and support the definition of SMART action plans to execute it.

Others

· Co-working with Marketing & Communication teams for Client Development and Branding initiatives

· Work closely with legal support to ensure compliance and business integrity in administrative and operational procedures.

Responsibilities:

· Identify new market opportunities and generate new sales leads

· Follow up on sales funnel and ensure successful completion of projects with prompt customer service and satisfaction

· Plan and develop sales plans to achieve sales objectives & monthly sales target

· Manage entire sales cycle from pre-sales discussion with customers, prepare quotations, negotiate orders, contract review to post-sales support

· Develop and conduct presentations explaining products and provide product knowledge to new and existing clientele

· Provide technical & sales support to key clientele like Architects, Lighting Consultants, Interior Designers, Landscape Designers and M&E Consultants

· Maintain and develop trusting long-term relationships with new and existing customers through understanding their business activity and needs

· Promote and represent the company professionally at trade exhibitions, events and product demonstrations

· Prepare reports and forecasts as and when requested by the management in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in any Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Building Engineering

· Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience

· Experience in wholesale of lighting equipment

· Strong passion in sales and highly driven to achieve targets

· Enjoy working with a dynamic team and able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment

· Meticulous and ability to multi-task with good organisation skills

· Possess strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

· Good problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team
