The Assistant Accountant will work closely with various Finance teams supporting the financial operations/accounting across all divisions and functions, ensuring complete, timely and accurate Group level financial information is provided for decision making to optimise business outcomes. Ideal Candidate

As a Quality Control Assistant, you will support the implementation and compliance of ISO standards within the company. Responsibilities include:

• Perform goods receiving in the central kitchen and report any non-conformities

• Ensure various departments in central kitchen adhere to ISO22000 food safety management system, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standard operating procedures at all times

• Perform quality checks in production lines and ensure accuracy of Critical Control Points (CCP) and Operational Prerequisite Programmes (OPRP) records

• Prepare and send daily quality control reports to the management

• Assist to prepare training content and conduct in-house staff training covering personal hygiene, food safety guidelines and workplace safety

• Perform in-house swab tests on equipment and personal hygiene, equipment validation and verification and oversee all pest control maintenance

• Assist with routine and ad-hoc ISO internal and external audits, halal audits and regulatory agencies audits

Minimum qualifications
