· Handle the Scale Inventory system, ensuring that the physical stock and records in the system are accounted for, and undertake investigation when there are discrepancies, when necessary.

· Bi-monthly ordering of packaging materials, constantly checking and updating the utilization of packaging materials records.

· Raise the PO for packing materials.

· Liaison and follow up with KAM regarding urgent shipment, eg 3PL, Lalamove

· Manually creating AWB for urgent orders in 3PL system.

· Liaison with Customer Service bi-monthly, monthly checking of 3PL delivery and ensure that status updated to delivered timely in our OMS.

· Constantly checking on any request from Customer Service, ie, wrongly delivered items or exchange items.

· Raising tickets (when there’s any issues) in system and following up closely until its closed.

The Earth Observatory of Singapore (EOS) at NTU Singapore conducts fundamental research on earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunami, and climate change in and around Southeast Asia, toward safer and more sustainable societies.

The Earth Observatory of Singapore (EOS) invites applications for a Research Assistant (RA) position to work on topics related to tropical cyclone and sea-level change science as part of a wider project related to quantifying insurance risk for the Global Asia Insurance Partnership. The successful applicant will assist in developing and running tropical cyclone and sea-level projection statistical models and interpretation of the results on a range of temporal (historical to future) and spatial (global to regional and local) scales. They will work collectively within a multi-cultural team of international scientists at EOS and colleagues at NTU helping to produce scientific output for reports, publications, and presentations.

• To be part of a team of ESD architects/engineers to work on Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD)/ Green Mark /Green Building Index (GBI)/ LEED/ WELL projects
• To manage projects related to overall sustainability, decarbonization and carbon advisory
• To provide high level energy analysis and benchmarking energy consumption against best practices guideline and net zero roadmap for master planning in Singapore and overseas
• To provide cost-effective solution to project teams for improving building performance, decarbonization and sustainability
• To research on, review, recommend and implement industry best practices in sustainable building design and system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in M&E, Architecture, building serves, building sustainability or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional ESD experience in ESD
• Process a strong knowledge on common energy analysis/benchmarking, Excel-based energy calculation and energy modeling software, with a specific focus on IESVE or EnergyPlus
• Good understanding of building system, particularly in ACMV system and other M&E disciplines
• GMAP, LEED AP, WELL AP or credentials in related areas will be considered an advantage, as will the ASHRAE BEMP certificate (building energy modeling professional)
