Human activities have altered coral populations and their environments from those that originally formed reefs. A lack of quantitative data on coral reef functions from the region makes it challenging to predict how reef systems will respond to climate change.

The Research Fellow will be responsible for conducting fieldwork using SCUBA (PADI Rescue Diver qualification desirable) and laboratory analysis to assess coral reef diversity and habitat functioning in both turbid and clear-water reef settings. The successful candidate will be able to independently coordinate and undertake local and overseas field research to produce high-quality datasets. Field activities include benthic ecological surveying, biological and environmental sample collection, water quality measurements, deployment of experimental substrates, and experimental ecological work. The Research Fellow will also have previous experience conducting a variety of laboratory tasks relating to quantifying carbonate production of encrusting coral reef taxa, eDNA, stable isotope analysis (C/N), and micro computed tomography. • Key in invoices into Keppel’s e-invoice portal and SAP in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with FSSC’s Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) with internal customers
• Check and route out invoices for approval in Keppel’s e-invoice portal in a timely manner, in accordance with FSSC’s Key Performance Indicators (“KPI”)
• Encourage suppliers to onboard Keppel’s e-invoice portal to submit invoices directly
• Handle queries from suppliers on invoice and payment status
• Identify and resolve invoice issues and escalate to Invoice Processing Team Lead, if required
• Assist Invoice Processing Team Lead in the update of relevant Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”) when there are changes to the process

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Accounting or Business/Finance
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience with Accounts Payable, SAP, or shared service environment would be advantageous
• Fresh graduates with no prior work experience may apply
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Reliable, and committed to doing a good job

Our client is looking for a self driven, customer oriented and enthusiastic individual to join their Dynamic Customer Service Team. The Customer Service Officer will be required to interact with customers through phone and email to provide effective service to our customer.

• Respond and follow up promptly on customers queries from general hotline and email.
• Attend to walk-in customers
• Handle and resolve enquiries related to our products, spare parts, service schemes, and schedule appointments.
• Acquire multiple product knowledge to enhance ability to understand customers’ needs across different products and perform simple troubleshooting to identify the issue to ensure that customers are attended effectively.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and authorised service contractors on scheduling of service appointments and as well as resolving issues arising from service appointments.
• Target orientated and able to meet KPIs set by the company.
• Record details of enquiries and customer interactions including action taken in CRM system.
• Work and coordinate with inter-departments to resolve any issues related to company’s products and services.
• Other additional duties as assigned related to the business (e.g. cover duty at walk-in customers at our Service Centre etc.)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’/ ‘N’ Level, with 1–2 years’ call centre or frontline customer service support functions.
• Good command in English and second language, written and spoken.
• Possess a pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills with passion to work with people.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Team player who is proactive, self-driven, meticulous, and resourceful.
• Good computer literacy.
• Willing to perform overtime (when required)
• 5.5 days work week (Sunday rest day)

• Administer the Minor and Major Project Grants under the Government Projects. This includes assisting and supporting the Grants Team in the management of the grant cycles; assessment and evaluation of grant applications; content review and project management of successful grant projects; and updating of the grants database.
