To lead, develop and execute the cargo commercial strategies for the country in order to surpass revenue targets and commercial Key Performance Indicators and drive service standards whilst ensuring absolute compliance with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation

• Support the Regional Head of Cargo/Area Cargo Manager in developing the Cargo Business Plan in alignment with Head Office cargo strategies and specified Key Performance Indicators
• Execute the Cargo Business Plan and lead the country team to achieve and exceed revenue budget and targets
• Conduct regular reviews of revenue performance and lead team to take actions where revenue is behind budget
• Ensure that team members hunt for new revenue generation streams, for example from new routes, new frequencies, ancillary charges
• Generate revenue with perspective of sales channels, product sales and offline sales development
• Help to set and execute sales plans to generate revenue, balancing short-term and long-term revenue goals in terms of market share, yield, and agency distribution breadth
• Lead the team to provide superb sales customer services in all customer touch points to drive premium selling rates and regular business
• Lead the negotiation and execution of sales contracts as required

Bridging Head Office / Regional Office and Local Sales Teams

• Ensure commercial and service directives from Head Office / Regional Office, where applicable, are cascaded down to individual team level
• Provide regular updates to Head Office / Regional teams on key local cargo market information and changes of competitive landscape

Efficiency Improvement

• Take the lead to regularly review commercial and operational work processes to continuously drive efficiency improvement to benefit customers and the Company
• Maintain oversight of port manpower requirements to increase productivity and service provision where possible
• Manage the commercial cost of sales with an appropriate balance between revenue increases against required costs
• Ensure that programmes are in place to support e-initiatives to drive penetration of e-Bookings, e-AWB, e-freight shipments and other Agent Self-Service functions
• Ensure active management of supplier relationships to ensure Service Level Agreements are adhered to and costs are managed

Financial Risk Management

• Manage credit risks with reference to relevant internal guidelines / IATA local financial criteria where applicable

Partnerships and External Liaisons

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with local Civil Aviation Department and various applicable regulatory bodies to enhance the overall interests of the Company
• Establish and manage relationships with shippers, key industry and trade partners, and associations so that Company interests are well represented
• Confer recognition on, and earn the loyalty of our highest value customers, including Cargo Clan Elite members

Job Purpose

The successful incumbent will assist the Assistant Director (Programme)/ Lead Case Manager in the execution and oversight of the programming aspect for Residents emplaced at the HWH and ensure that all programmes carried out are in line with the philosophy of the HWH as well as its mission, vision and core values

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Director (Programme) / Lead Case Manager to deliver relevant rehabilitation and reintegration programmes to ensure that Residents are kept meaningfully engaged during their stay at the HWH.

Job Description

• The role is a cross between a technical product manager and a scrum master role. The weightage between product and scrum master role will vary depending on the product lifecycle.

Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned terminal(s)
• Manage the full spectrum of Ramp & Baggage Services operations in your assigned terminal(s), including but not limited to check-in, departure and arrival handling, arrival services (lost & found), excess baggage & ticketing, and lounge(s)
• Manage a team of Duty Terminal Managers on shift duties, as well as the larger team of RBS staff in the assigned terminal(s)
• Serve as the point of escalation for the Duty Terminal Managers and other teams your assigned terminal(s) (must be contactable via the company-issued mobile phone 24x7)
• Manage airline accounts in the assigned terminal(s) — engage airline Station Managers and their representatives regularly and ensure that issues raised are addressed promptly
• Serve as the point of contact for airlines in the assigned terminal(s)
• Co-ordinate and attend regular/ad-hoc meetings of airlines in the assigned terminal(s), take meeting minutes and ensure prompt follow-up of all action items
• Work with CAAS and CAG where necessary pertaining to issues involving the airlines in your assigned terminal(s)
• Serve as the point of contact for Ramp & Baggage Services for all airline audits of assigned airlines, and be responsible for audit preparation and readiness
• Be responsible for the coordination and facilitation of airline system trials, terminal moves, system cutovers for airlines in your assigned terminal(s)
• Monitor the daily shift reports (including on weekends) sent by the Duty Terminal Managers under your charge and take ownership to resolve follow-up items
• Ensure that Duty Terminal Managers report all relevant incidents in dHub where necessary and keep Head of Ramp & Baggage Services informed
• Work with Resource Planning and Human Resources to ensure sufficient staffing levels at your assigned terminal(s) to deliver on Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Be responsible for planning and ensuring that all staff in your designated terminal(s) are current in all mandatory certifications required to perform their jobs.
• Be responsible for the development, appraisal and discipline of the teams within your designated terminal(s)

Requirements

• Possess a degree or higher from a recognised institution, or demonstrable experience in lieu of a degree
• At least 5 years of experience managing operations at an airline or ground handling company
• While this role has regular hours, candidates must be able to perform shift duties where required to supervise operations in the assigned terminal(s)
• Willing to hold the company-issued mobile phone and respond to escalations on a 24x7 basis
• Willing to monitor the shift reports from Duty Terminal Managers 7 days a week
• Well-versed in the full spectrum of customer service operations (i.e. check-in, departure and arrival handling, excess baggage & ticketing, arrival services (lost & found), and lounges)
• Able to lead and motivate large teams to deliver operational excellence
• Must be comfortable working in a high-stress operational environment and be able to make sound decisions in crises

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for all quality matters in the Maintenance Services. Responsible for the development and administration of the quality and safety system to ensure compliance with the airworthiness requirements. Direct responsibility for all matters affecting airworthiness and regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality and Regulatory Compliance :

• Ensure quality compliance with the aviation regulatory requirements and PAC quality policies and procedures. Maintain a quality system that is in compliance with the various aviation regulatory requirements such as SAR145, FAR145, EASA145, CCAR145, etc.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments in areas of quality and certification, such as FAR Part 21.

• Degree qualification in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration/Engineering discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 6 years of relevant Supplier Commodity or Sourcing Management with engineering experience preferably in Semiconductor/Manufacturing/Engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of pricing models, industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge in mechanical commodities and electronic commodities.

Job DescriptionOverall responsibilities

1.1. Responsible to lead two teams of production operators/sewer to meet daily production targets, schedule and quality standards

1.2. Plan workflow on the production teams to achieve production targets

1.3. Draw up duty roster for operators/technicians; allocating work and authorize overtime which is justified by capacity planning and reporting

1.4. Motivate and guide the operators and technicians, maintain discipline and manage their performance appraisals

1.5. Responsible for the safety and security management of the production floor

1.6. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the product, process and quality system

1.7. Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system
